Thanks for your thoughts on this, sorry to hear that the washing up liquid did not meet your expectations. You might notice our formulas do not foam as much as some other brands, and this is intentional as we leave out synthetic surfactants that cause the extra suds. Foam is really just air being trapped in the mixture, so it's not a reliable measure of cleaning power; our formula is designed to cut through grease effectively without needing that extra bubble.

I love this washing up liquid and have been using it for years now. Originally was just looking for eco-friendly alternatives but a bonus that it's also great for sensitive skin. I used to get eczema from washing up but not with this!!

This product works as well as the other leading supermarket brands, I love the smell and keep in in a dispenser on the sink so it can be used as a hand soap too.
