This free-post returns envelope can fit at least four empty refill pouches. Simply follow the guidelines on the envelope to fit them inside.
You can also return any components like pumps, sprays, toothbrush heads that need disposal and we will ensure these get broken down and recycled here in the UK.

I'm disappointed that you have changed to using Evri parcel service to return your empty pouches. It's more difficult than popping them in my nearby post box used to be.

Great that you can post these back for free. The only issue is, they don’t fit in all post boxes - luckily we have a post office nearby with a larger post box and I could fit it in that.
