The dispenser has been improved since I bought my big starter pack, it was too easy to accidentally open the lid to the wide neck for filling. The cleaning product itself is great as well, hence buying it again. This pack was great value since I didn't get on well with much else from the main starter pack

I don't think this is product is making any difference to my toilet bowl - I have not seen any improvement at all. I like the pouches, I like the smell but I don't think its working Also on a side note, I have not been able to take the lid off the original bottle to refill it so that has been frustrating too. Am underwhelmed by the whole thing.
