I like the products but subscription is expensive. Why is it cheaper to buy a starter set than to receive refills by subscription. Surely this defeats the object....

The limescale remover is now a thin liquid and the smell is so strong it hurts my eyes, the old product was much better

I love the products they work really well in the hard water area I live in. The refill packs are great too

I’ve been using Bower for over 2 years. I started using just a few products but now I’ve got almost every product from them! Always satisfied with their quality. I also love when they have new fragrances :)
Appreciate the CS team as well when my payment was declined and they helped to resolve it quickly and efficiently.

Just WOW! Limescale remover is out of this world and so much more effective than high street usuals. Products smell lush too!

Looking for sustainable and ethical options, I used Bower & Collective products for a number of years.

I realised that they use Amazon Shipping to deliver their products - one of the most unethical companies that have made a profit from polluting the environment and exploiting workers. I emailed Bower Collective twice to ask them if they would consider changing to a more ethical shipping company, and they didn't even acknowledge the correspondence - from a paying customer.

Another example of a brand participating in greenwashing. I have immediately cancelled. Luckily, there are many alternative ethical brands to choose from - ones that do not deceive their customers.

Great products and easy site to get around.

Been using Bower Collective while now, first time contacting their customer services last week and were very helpful despite the error being on my part, they found a solution promptly.

Products arrived quickly and were well packaged. I have only used one item so far, the handwashing and can say that is very effective even with someone who has extreme sensitive skin. Only given 4 stars as not used other products of which I purchased so far.

I bought as much variety of products possible to try, and so far the conditioner and the limescale are doing what they should be doing. Plus the conditioner smell is the best from the previous brand we were using. Highly recommend and I'm excited to try the wash up for the dishes and the laundry detergent!

I bought the lemon bathroom cleaner, limescale remover and toilet cleaner. Oh my word… so effective and so fresh smelling. My shower hose and taps are like new and I’m sure the toilet is whiter than ever and no staining at the bottom. I will certainly be buying the refills.

A very helpful, friendly and prompt response. I wasn’t expecting to hear back so quickly given that it is a bank holiday weekend.
