BowFlex Curl Bar Set - Horrible Product

I have a set of BowFlex Dumb Bells that I have used for years and love them. Your Curl Bar System was first of all extremely hard to assemble. I can not get the distance between the bars adjusted right. I mess with the alignment over and over again. Once I get it for the curl bar it is off for the straight bar. Not even sure how I would return this product as it is all assembled and the box is a mess. That will be the last BowFlex Product for me. You guys got me to the tune of $600. Congratulations!!

Easy site to navigate. Plenty of information to educate you on your purchase. Nice comparison chart between items. Can’t understand how some items are given free delivery but others are not, even though they cost the same price. Doesn’t make sense. Delivery charges are expensive.

Bowflex has seriously gone down the…

Bowflex has seriously gone down the drain since I last purchased a machine from them in 2019. I bought the Max Total 16 Elliptical in November 2025. It made a loud knocking sound, customer service sends over a replacement in December, I put it together, and it turns out one of the arms supplied with the replacement machine was not for this machine, it did not fit properly. I contacted them again, provided photos and videos, they apologized and said they would send me the correct part..in 4 months!

Since purchase in November 2025, my elliptical has been sitting there collecting dust for 4 months, and it will be another 2 months before I get the correct part to use it. Absolutely atrocious. At first they claimed they would offer a $200 credit for the inconvenience, I accept, and then they say "nah sorry, we did a price adjustment for you when your machine went on sale a few days after you purchased it, so you know what, we'll give you a 6 month subscription to JRNY instead." I don't want your subscription for a machine that I cant even use. Why would I even subscribe to you willingly after this entire experience? I'd like the credit that you said you'd provide me.

I have a $3000 paperweight sitting in my room. I've repeatedly requested a call back so I can talk to someone and they never follow through. This has been going on for 3 months now. It's been an absolute nightmare to deal with them, all calls are routed to a call centre in the Philippines and they are useless/powerless to do anything. You cannot get anyone state side on the phone. The team that can actually do something (warranty/fulfillment team) responds to emails once every two weeks and its the most useless responses that require additional replies and followups. It's been a month since their last email response, even after repeated email followups during that time!

Stay away from this company, whatever good grace they had has disappeared. So far this experience has turned me away from ever buying another product from them again (I have purchased 4 of their exercise machines/equipment up to this point)

Language Barrier!! High shipping!!

Wanted to order a matt and a replacement part the part was $19.99 and shipping was $26.00 and i could not combine order with matt that was $99.00 and qualified for free shipping. Talked to several people on 3 occasions and there was such a language barrier that nothing could be done or they did not understand what i wanted to do simply combine two orders to qualify for free shipping!!!!
