Firstly they listened to my requirements, secondly they provided options, thirdly they provided trees to best suit my requirements.

Had a tree that didn’t take .
And they have delivered another one free of charge.
Contacted them and they told me that they had a problem looking for a similar tree.
I then accepted a container grown tree and all looks good.
This review will replace my original as they have solved the problem and l will definitely buy again from this company.
Spoke with Fiona but email and she solved the problem.

Come here yesterday evening for a night for mine and my withy 10 year wedding anniversary, Howard met us at the gate with a smile , took us to the the shop sat us down took us though the map of the farm , it’s absolutely amazing, so quite , peaceful, set in the middle of a apple orchard, there is a hill to walk up but you can use a wheel barrow for bags , there home made cider is on point! Paid for extra wood so we could sit in the sunset and have a few drinks, card games and relax!! They have loos, shower, cooking facilities , bed was clean and comfortable too! Will do this next year too probably

We've had a great service from Bowhayes Trees over the last two years. Both Howard and Fiona are so knowledgable about their wide range of trees and shrubs, and are generous with their time in providing suggestions and advice. We've created a mini-woodland with over 20 of their trees and all are growing really well. We also planted a long hedge with their wildlife hedge mix of whips. Yesterday we returned for some more plants - there is always something new and interesting to choose from.

When we visited the nursery, Fiona was on hand and we were able to use her expert advice to choose a beautiful amelanchier lamarckii. This has now been safely delivered, a lovely healthy tree which will give pleasure for many years to come. Recommended.

I asked so many questions and the replies were super quick and helpful.

My beautiful silver birch arrived today in a sturdy box and ready to plant. Then I emailed some more questions (lol!!) about pruning, which were immediately answered by Fiona.

I ordered an expensive apple tree from this company. Upon receiving the tree the leaves were curling and it looked distressed. We planted it and kept it watered but the leaves started to turn black. I contacted them to ask for a replacement or refund but they refused. I will never buy from this company again and I suggest you don't either. A very bad, and expensive, experience.

Kept in communication, emailed to confirm order, emailed to confirm dispatch, quick delivery, well packaged and lovely healthy trees

ordered almost 3 weeks ago, chased a week ago and they said a couple of days, no delivery no reply to my emails. rubbish

Placed an order for 25 dog rose which were never received suppposed to be lost in transit.
Was offered a replacement 1 week ago. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions to see if they have been dispatched. No response back
Very disappointing

Item showing as in stock so I ordered it, then heard nothing else. 2 weeks later and an e-mail from me asking for an update was ignored for 4 days before a final contact after 16 days to say the item wasn't available. Mistakes happen, but keep the customer updated please! As a positive the refund was promptly dealt with.

I use these on a regular basis and the service has always been excellent.

I had not used this company before. They were excellent when I ordered two Viburnum shrubs.
The order was processed, clearly acknowledged by email and very well packed and delivered on time.The plants were of excellent quality.
The delivery company used (Tuffnells) are also excellent. I highly recommend this company.
