Replacement doors and windows.. deal with a salesperson called Chris. He knows his stuff!!! Just had mine all replaced including garage. Brian was one of the fitters. But so helpful and tidy. Thanks

I had went to Bowman’s as my family had got new windows and doors from them, however when I went I had picked out a door from one of their brochures. There was no pricing on the brochures however Bowman’s informed me there was 30% off, however when I went to another company looking the same make, model of door and extras their pricing was the same as bowmans who claimed they had taken 30% off. I asked the competing company had they 30% off too which they had informed me this was the full price of the door with no discount. Bowman’s tried to justify their pricing by saying they pay more for the supplier but surely retail prices should be comparable and not vary by nearly £400 per door. I’d advise customers to shop around first. I’m sure Bowmans as a company did their homework on suppliers and would not go to a supplier that would be nearly £400 extra per door. How it was dealt with by staff could have been handled better, even to get an initial price took a week and a few emails from myself to follow up to see if I could get the price. I’m renovating my first house and what should have been an exciting experience picking out new doors became a negative personal experience with Bowman’s.
