Really, you are thieves. I subscribed for a month, and they deducted the annual subscription amount. Also, the service was not activated in the month in which I paid

I did not receive the promotion for signing...
I started with a trial account, all perfect, everything working fine, beautiful interface, and so on. Promissing!
Then I saw an offer, signing a one year contract and doing at least one streaming with a smartphone, I would receive a Shure MV88+ Video Kit made of a Shure Digital Stereo Condenser Microphone and a Tripod.
I signed and started using the system. Well... I started to have issues. The interface freezing failed steaming, and so on. I contacted the support, and they were of no help at all. Each time I ended fixing the problems by myself—a useless support team, in my opinion.
After 3 months, I still not received what I was offered when I signed, and the system was working so badly (compared to Restream or OneStream) that I decided to cancel.
The great part is that I had to pay $500, and they never sent the Shure MV88+ Video Kit I was suposed to receive for signing for a year.
I tried to get it. I mean, since I complied with the contract, they should have done the same... However they stop responding right after charging the $500.
Lovelly!
I will update my rating the day I receive what I was promissed, or I get a refund of the equivalent to my credit card. Fair enough!
