What a great experience with Boxie24! I arranged everything easily over the internet. The team came to collect my items on an agreed date and time. My items were moved quickly and with care. An hour later I got an email to confirm that the items were stored. Today I got a call from Michael to check if everything went well. Great service overall and the cost for 12 months was really competitive!

Excellent boxes. Delivered on time They were clean and easy to use. Perhaps a bit bigger than I expected, but just meant we had to mix books with lighter things in each box. Move went easy - and when it started raining, everything was protected. At the end we had the boxes ready two days early and were able to get an earlier pick up. Thanks, Michael for the excellent service!

Customer service was very friendly and helpful when I made the booking, which gave me a good first impression. Unfortunately, the actual service was extremely unreliable.

The pickup was scheduled between 8:24 am and 11:24 am, but no one showed up. I waited the entire day and finally called customer service at 4:30 pm, only to be told the pickup would happen between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm instead.

Even after that, no one arrived by 7:30 pm, and I never received any phone call or notification to explain the delay or confirm cancellation.

Very disappointing experience. Good communication at the booking stage, but poor follow-through and lack of responsibility on the day. I would not rely on this service again.

Excellent service from start to finish! I hired this company to pick up and store my belongings, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were punctual, careful, and very professional —handling the packing, transport, and storage smoothly and efficiently.

The team was friendly and kept me updated throughout the process, which really built my confidence in their work. I love that I didn’t have to worry about moving anything or finding a storage unit myself.

Highly recommended for anyone who needs to free up space at home or is planning a move!

The team is very friendly and available.
My questions were addressed almost immediately.
There is things to be improved but it is mostly OK.
I find the monthly cost a bit higher compared to a storage unit I have in France, which I have free access to without extra cost and without needing to make an appointment.
That said, I likes the full/partial return feature..and the planification tool online.
But then again, I will see when I will want to get all my items returned if they have no damages, no extra hidden cost etc

Clear and friendly service. Great communication from the pick up team during the pick up service and from Michael afterwards to make sure all went well. I made a mistake with the planning and they were really flexible to plan an additional pick up appointment.

I recently stored my belongings with BOXIE24 as I’m going abroad for an extended period. The service beforehand was excellent—they answered all my questions thoroughly. The night before pickup, I received a clear update about their arrival time, and they were right on schedule. During loading, they carried everything and even helped wrap certain items for extra protection. Overall, a very pleasant service at a great price. I highly recommend them if you ever need storage.

Michael and the rest of the Boxie24 team were amazing! Fast responses, great moving service, and really good prices. They are very flexible in arrangements and they’re not trying to scam you with extra hidden costs. Definitely recommend.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this company at all. First of all, when I wanted to pick up my things myself, they said it was not possible because they wanted to charge me for the return delivery, which cost four times more than picking it up. When I asked them to pick it up themselves, they said it was not possible. I accepted that, but then they lost my bad frame , which cost 600 euros, so I had to buy mysefl. Not only that, but I also had to pay them 450 euros for 3 days of storage. Avoid this company if you don't want to lose your things and money !!!

I've been using Boxie24 since the start of the pandemic when I had to move and put my belongings in storage. The process for setting everything up was easy and organized—an itemized list of boxes and belongings. When they picked up my items, they called ahead to see if they could come early (which was nice). During the pickup process, they were fast and professional. Recently, I even asked Efrain for some paperwork regarding my account, and he supplied it without any problems. I'll be moving back to NYC at the end of the year. Fingers crossed for a smooth experience having my belongings delivered to my new apartment.

The appointment was quick and easy to schedule, Michael who helped me move was quick, efficient, and friendly. I’d recommend.

Stay away from this business!

I have not so much words. This has already occupied enough mental energy for me. I will tell you about proofs. You decide, what they are about. I will tell no more.

My items were picked to be stored in Berlin, same day I wanted to go with the workers to see my items. I was rejected that I should get appointment.

After 4 months, I learnt that my items were stored in 90km far away from Berlin. And I have to moreover pay 15Euro for each visit which is unacceptable. As their reckless behaviour was not enough. They first tried to cover this mistake by offering me moving my items to actual contractual location. Then after 1 day, they said they can not do that and also CANCEL my contract abruptbly. I was also slandered that I approved the location change on the phone which are proven to be false on the voice recordings that this is pure lying.

I was moreover threatened by Julian S. and Joshua B. that if I do not take my items, they will put them on street and take no RESPONSIBILITY of what happens to them.

And also shamelessly still asking still money for the contract that they arbitrarily cancel. I was also verbally attachked on the phone by one of their employees.

Unfortunately this new is removed from metroniews, but I wish you could see the news in Dutch media where a DJ's work equipment was found stolen in near 2nd hand shop by his own effort.

Check Reddit and web for other troublesome experiences. This company will only cause you LOSS. STAY AWAY!

As these are not enough, I was continuously disturbed by them over emails asking for payments. In the beginning they literally begged me to choose them, then it turned to be catastrophic experience.

I also reached other people online, they had similar problems in other locations such as US or Holland. In Holland there are also multiple police reports of theft. And news in newspaper about their operations. This company is the least storage company you can trust.

I requested to receive my items since their business is nothing but full of lies and arbitrary operations.

If you think your items will be safe with them. You are wrong. They just throw them in some big warehouse. And take no responsibility of lost and damaged items. And reject to make payment for damaged and lost belongings. I am creating a police report for theft and will submit to Berlin police.

Obviously they think they are untouchable. Let's see what happens now.

I stored my belongings with BOXIE24 for several months and everything went smoothly. Pickup and return were fast and handled with care. The facility was clean and climate-controlled. Michael was consistently helpful, answering questions quickly and making the process straightforward. I’d recommend BOXIE24 to anyone who wants a reliable and affordable storage option.

Very good experience. I requested a partial return, the item I requested was returned at my chosen date and in perfect condition & seems to have been stored in good condition. Michael even called after the delivery to make sure everything went well, which I really appreciated. Very good service all around.

It looks like they are doing very strange businesses world wide. My items in Berlin location moved to different location without my consent. I've seen some people experienced similar problems two years ago in Amsterdam location, and had a law suit with them. Another guy in New York had a similar contract breaching issue. This company is to be avoided. I do not believe 5 stars are real... I am also planning to hire lawyer to deal with this idiocracy.

I’ve been using Boxie24 for about five months, and I honestly wish I never had. At first, they practically begged me to choose them, promising everything — convenient access, a Berlin storage location, and even free pickup. Sounded great, right? Well… every single one of those promises turned out to be false.

I signed a contract specifically for storage in Berlin, and the contract clearly says Berlin everywhere — not Wustermark, which is actually in Brandenburg. Despite that, I later discovered that my belongings had been moved to Wustermark without my consent. That’s a clear breach of contract.

When I confronted them, they tried to blame me, claiming I had agreed to it and even said they had a voice recording to prove it. I’ve since listened to that recording — and it completely supports me. I clearly reject their Wustermark offer and hang up. I only approved once they sent me an offer for Berlin storage, exactly as written in the contract. Their claim is pure nonsense.

After five months of dealing with them, it’s only gotten worse. Boxie24 now wants to charge 15€ for every visit to my storage — a fee that was never mentioned or written anywhere in the contract. On top of that, they’re now threatening to put my belongings on the street if I don’t remove them by their arbitrary deadline, even though the contract is still active and I haven’t breached any terms.

And their so-called “secure storage”? It’s actually just an open warehouse with no individual, locked rooms — anyone can walk through. Yet they charge 40€ a month for this so-called “secure” space.

This company has been a nightmare from start to finish: broken promises, hidden fees, lies, and intimidation tactics. What started as a friendly pitch has turned into one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in years.

TL;DR: Been with Boxie24 for 5 months. They promised Berlin storage + free pickup, secretly moved my stuff to Brandenburg, lied about consent, added surprise visit fees, and now threaten to dump my belongings. Their “secure storage” is just an open warehouse. Avoid Boxie24 at all costs.
