Boxie24 what a good experience….highly recommended guys…..everything was organized by Micheal in a meticolous way….actually a lot of thanks to Micheal cuz i know that yesterday was a busy day for them,but Micheal did his best to fit my pick up by the end of the day and gave me the chance to respect my deadline…..
So not only Micheal is great with logistic….but he also got a great team…..many thanks to the driver Brian and his colleague for been so friendly and availaible even over their normal work time…..they were so helpfull with us during all the process of picking up.

Save yourself the headache and avoid Boxie24. Here's what they don't tell you:
"Free Delivery" is a lie. You WILL be charged for pickup and delivery.
Their insurance is worthless. When my items went missing, they refused the claim. Do not trust them with your valuables.
The warehouse is in the middle of nowhere. You can't just go get something if you need it; you're forced to pay their high delivery fees.
This company uses bait-and-switch tactics. The initial price is a trick to lock you in before they start adding charges. Terrible experience and dishonest business practices.

We checked your name on file and dont see anything linked to an account of yours.
Regarding the delivery that is never for free and also mentionned on the site, in the mail and on the phone.
We provide a free collection from 1-4m2 from the ground floor if you book 3 months.
The delivery in none of the instances is for free, before you confirm that is already mentionned on the website, then we give you a call is mentionned too and then we send you a mail with the full overview where that is noted too.
Regarding the pieces you mention we would love to get in touch with you since we have protocols in place for that.
For the warehouse we have multiple locations over the city and out of the cities so it depends on what you choose.

From customer intake to moving day everything was clear and people were nice. All the questions I have patiently answered. On the moving day, George and his team did their best. They failed to redeliver part of my belongings and would not compensate me even after saying they would. The insurance they say that covers the loss of your belongings clearly does not mean anything. Terrible terrible customer service!!!

Good, fast service. However, the organization of the pickup of my items for storage was somewhat disorganized, so that on the pickup day itself, several spontaneous changes had to be made to the schedule. Nevertheless, I would rate the price/performance ratio as good and recommend the service to others.

Very smooth pickup and storage service
The whole process was very simple and smooth: try to make a booking for a certain day, get a phone call to discuss details and then fill in the items you will pick up. The price for the pickup and storage are very very convenient, and it would feel like a steal if they were any lower.
They even picked up my stuff from 2 different addresses.

Annoying company
I dont have experience with other storage companies but this one was a horrible experience. Although they picked my items no problem I was never introduced to a delivery fee which is absurdly high. You pay 100 euros for it to be delivered back to you on top of your rent you pay on top of registration fees. For my 2 month storage holding period I paid ~250 euros.
