Useless company
Useless company, purchased something on the 3rd September and was meant to be delivered on the 5th September…it’s now the 13th and I’m still waiting and the delivery company still haven’t received the item from them. They’ve apparently resent the item again but can’t even give me a tracking number. Would never buy from them again!!

Time wasters
Very poor service. Ordered an item due for delivery within 3-5 working days, which did not arrive within that timeframe. Sent an email to customer service asking when it might be dispatched, and an hour later received an automated refund with no explanation or apology. Time wasters.
Also enjoyed their attempt to have this review removed claiming I had left a review for the wrong company - no, definitely the right one. Perhaps better customer service would lead to better reviews?!

Item I ordered was sold out, I was given my money back straight away and offered a different alternative clock.
This wasn’t suitable as it was a present for someone who likes bees, so they offered me a Bee Teapot as a gift, no charge for item or postage.
