Really happy with the service, and the product I received, I got a brazen rocker gaming chair and my son loves it, I ordered it a while a go so I had it for Christmas and had no issues with it arriving on time. I received regular message letting me know the tracking details and then the product was delivered safely and in great condition. Opened and set up today and my son loves it. Ordered two BraZen Pride gaming chairs for Christmas, they were dispatched super quick via a reliable delivery service and arrived pretty much straight away! Great communication from BoysStuff too, we built them both the other night and they look great. Can’t wait to see the boys faces Christmas Day!!!

I ordered gaming chair on the 7th of December for my son for Christmas,I had no communication from this company regarding dispatch of item, I had emailed them a few times before response, they were unable to tell me if the order was dispatched or what courier service they were using. Now two days before Christmas I still had no present for my son, When I asked for a refund I got an aggressive phone call from a man who said that he had processed my refund but the chair was out for delivery with the courier and he was unable to contact them, he “warned” me that if I kept the chair the would send “his heavy’s” out to collect it he also never apologised for any inconvenience caused could not give me clear answer on a simple questions regarding the courier service. He proceeded to tell me that I was being very silly, just shocking! Please avoid as this company as they have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The whole experience left me so upset and stressed!

The item I was after was on a pre-order list and I wanted to check delivery etc. So I emailed the customer service team and they could not have been more helpful and I felt confident placing my order. True to their word the item was in-stock the following week and delivered promptly. A really good experience start to finish. I was nervous due to a couple of other reviews, but there was no need. This a review of the seller not the Brazen Nitro chair as it's a Christmas present and not yet opened😀

Bought a gaming chair late at night was dispatched the next morning and delivered the following day, they dispatched quickly and next day delivery which was amazing! Considering i was expecting a 3-5 day wait atleast during this period. Emails to keep me updated throughout, would definitely recommend and use again A*

I wanted a gaming chair but not a racing car seat that is used at a desk on a gaming P.C. After doing some research and seeing if there was any alternatives available I decided to purchase the BRAZEN SERPENT 2.1 BLUETOOTH SURROUND SOUND GAMING CHAIR. Which has featured on The Gadget Show. The only issue I have is I have to move it before I start gaming and it is quite heavy as the pedestal base disc is solid steel but apart from that I highly recommend if you don't want back ache and sit in comfort while gaming.

Had to pre order my gaming chair, was delivered super fast, well packaged. Easy to build with all necessary tools and instructions. Sound is great, finish is high quality.
