Wilson's Downfall to Millicent S.A.

On my was from Wilson's Downfall to Millicent in South Australia and have done this trip about 7 times now. I have stopped at a LOT of places in the 21 hour drive in the 7 times Ive done this trip both ways and i can HONESTLY SAY THIS PLACE WAS FABULOUS

Service was GREAT and staff VERY friendly and helpful.

I also wanted to use the bathroom and saw only men's bathroom outside until I saw the sign saying women's bathroom inside.

The staff told me where to find it inside and was SOOOOOOO SHOCKED to see the HUGE SIZE of the bathroom and HOW CLEAN IT WAS

CANT FAULT THIS PLACE
IT WAS AWESOME

Very rude man on till

Very rude man on till. I went to collect parcel he said " over there" pointed to another till. I waited while he served 6 customers paying for petrol ( 2 customers even said " serve that lady she's been waiting) he said " no" . Eventually came to me , scanned my code then called me to behind the till & pointed to my parcel on the floor. I checked the name & said " yes that's me" he said " do not get parcels like that delivered here again , it's too big".
I wont collect parcel from there again because of his rudeness.
Surely if a place accepts to be a drop off point & they have a limit to size of parcel they should make this known to the delivery company.
The box was a mattress topper & was heavy but as a woman & after a 12hr night shift I managed 😀

Useless terrible service

Useless, despite having paypoint Aimee the cashier had no clue how to use it and offered no solution, couldn't get gas or electric and had to drive elsewhere. No training OR f***s given. Terrible service at BP Kilmarnock low glencairn street

Hugely Overpriced Oil

Their petrol station retail shops are overpriced. Had to pay £27.99 for 1L of oil during an emergency stop. Way more than double normal prices. They're exploiting customers who have no other options.

BP Beckington.

Called at BP Beckington on 3.1.26 and met with a pleasant , helpful lady on the checkout. She could not have been more helpful. What a change from the response I received from a gent at BP Sherbourne.

Dan and his temperamental car wash

Called up to ask if the car wash was working spoke with a gentleman called Dan he then lectured me that no car washes will be working in these temperatures! a simple no would have been great 👍. I tried to say that it would be helpful if they did because at this time of year no one wants to wash the car and the roads are messy. He then went further to explain that this was impossible. I laughed and put the phone down good luck to you, Dan. 😂

BP , finham coventry

Stopped at BP petrol station, Finland, Coventry.
Shop is well stocked with most things, flowers food etc.
Very busy.
Staff friendly enough.
Petrol prices reasonable
Bought an 8 quid.car wash ,,,not impressed, failed to clean just pass.front wheel arch and above rear window , but I was desperate for cleaner car. Usually do it myself , dont recommend this machine.car wash

BP station Coseley.

Always use my local BP station in Coseley Bilston in the West Midlands, and I must say I always have a warm welcome from Shaq the cashier there, he's always helpful and pleasant to assist when I visit. Thank you Shaq and see you soon. Merry Christmas. Russ. 🎅

Crap app

As a disabled driver i would love to use this app....most of the time it works...frustrating when it doesn't.....but worst experience today when I got letter in from solicitors saying I hadn't paid for fuel....panicking I called them immediately and paid full plus 50 quid admin......after complaining to bp they said couldn't help..should have called them first blah blah blah

Chubby women with racial problems

I go to the bp almost everyday due to the fact it’s close to home and there is a this one white women who wears glasses and is chubby her name is vic or vicky something of that nature she has always been rude,constantly giving me eyes and seems to have personality vendetta against me because I’m a person of colour . I am not the only one who has fallen victim to her behaviour a family member who visited me received the same treatment from the women without any previous encounters.

Poor rude staff on the late shifts

Over the past week I’ve visited BP Kettering West (SF Connect, Site ID 11800462) three times around 21:30, and each time the behaviour of the two staff members on shift has been consistently rude, patronising and completely unprofessional towards lorry drivers.

The member of staff with the nose ring has a clear attitude problem. Whenever you ask for something as simple as a coffee, he huffs, puffs, rolls his eyes and speaks to people in a dismissive, irritated manner. His tone is patronising and abrupt, and it’s the same every time I’ve been in there this week.

The other staff member is no better — he talks down to lorry drivers like we’re five years old, as if he’s somehow above us. The way he addresses drivers makes you feel like you’re dirt under his shoe. There’s no respect, no professionalism and no basic courtesy from either of them.

If management checks the CCTV, the behaviour will speak for itself. Even without audio, you can tell from their facial expressions, body language and mannerisms exactly how they’re treating customers. They clearly don’t like being there and it shows in how they speak to people who are just trying to do their job on long shifts.

For a site that relies heavily on HGV traffic, this level of attitude towards drivers is completely unacceptable.

Staff cuts in both my local stores

Staff cuts in both my local stores. Self checkout tills but no service. Now taking twice as long. Business is making lots more money as prices continue to be exceptionally high for fuel and products. Will avoid if I can and use elsewhere even if less convenient as it’s wrong to cut staff and service when BP has such exorbitant profits.
