Lack of communication
When I ordered my pc, it didn't ship out for three weeks and had no updates about it until I called up and found out they didn't have all the parts which was fine we got other parts but the no updates about not having the parts was annoying.

Non Suitable Packing Materials
Order arrived damaged and in not suitable packaging from BPC Tech
Order was wrapped in a plastic wrap and not in a parcel box with some kind of protective materials
Order arrived with plastic wrap torn and Item's manufacturer packaging had a 2 inch hole in it.
The item itself wasnt damaged but I shouldnt have received it in this manor when other retailers that I have purchased from on their base delivery costs are in parcel boxes with packing materials

PC delivered safely. Lackluster customer support.
Order placed on the 11th November, delivered on the 4th of December.
First interaction through email after ordering with this company they misread the query I had. When that was rectified I followed up with a question regarding the case and did not get a response. I had to query them constantly to find out what stage my order was at.
After waiting beyond the 5 days for the build to be completed and not hearing anything I emailed them. When they failed to respond I called to find out they had meant to contact me regarding a part that wasn't available and had simply forgotten. With that cleared up I waiting and after waiting several more days after being assured my order would be rushed I had to call them again. After this prompting my order was rushed through and finally delivered 3 weeks after ordering.
Since delivery I have emailed their sales team yet again to query the fact that the RGB lighting on the cooler and fans is not functioning with no response as yet.
Build quality is good despite the issue with the lighting. PC was delivered safely and price was very competitive. Unfortunately offset by the lack of organization and communication with customers.
