When you buy basic everthing is locked, i then paid 69 dollars for the most expensive package and they dont even give you the basics. Im not paying 69 dollars a month for them to not have take it off by Fisher

They are sincerely interested in your personal development and growth as an investor. I've been learning from them since May of 2023. I and my husband have four rental properties and we have bought into a syndication with Frontier Invest Corp in November of 2024. Rather you want to build your own personal portfolio if real estate or invest in large multi family asset syndications, they're the best mentors I have found. I was looking for 80s music all genres and it's limited in my opinion. Be careful, it is strictly no refund and I think is poor business practice. You cannot check library before joining so buyer beware.

Had to subscribe and pay $68 for 1 month then after no more than 30 minutes I realised it’s not that impressive, I download few tracks but after 30 mins I contacted their support teams to cancel and even asked them to pro rata the 30 mins I used it for, they said that unfortunately this is not possible.

Signed up for this useless service and it charges you a subscription to then buy items !!! Totally ridiculous and useless I cancelled immediately as not suitable and well in law for cooling off period. They refused this consumer law and refused my refund.

Total scammers avoid at all costs go to a reputable service like DJ City

Crazy that the EXACT same thing happened to be me mentioned by the users below - and once you reach out to customer service they're deliberately unhelpful. Highly recommend DJCity of BPMSupreme in terms of both music selection and service.

Be careful using this service. When you need to cancel you will be prompted to just pause instead. Most won’t notice this like myself because it’s assumed when you cancel something you want it canceled. Two months later I am charged again with no heads up that it’s about to automatically re instate. I immediately cancel my account again and ask for a refund to be told that all sales are final. These people are crooks and there are better services you should use your money on than this place.

I used this service for a year or two. It worked OK until without warning I could no longer access it. I had closed my business and wanted to stop my subscription. About the same time I lost access because I had to verify my account for some reason after using it for over a year. Nothing had changed on my end. I could not verify my account because I had deleted my business email and the only way they would contact me was through the now nonexistent email. I sent no less than 3 requests explaining this to them through their system following their rules. Repeatedly, they kept charging my card for months and would not respond. No active phone contact is available for them.
I filed an official complaint with the BBB about the situation. They refused to respond to them or me. I changed my payment method with the bank but somehow they obtained my new payment information and continue to charge my account as of this writing. I do not recommend this company. I would consider an alternative DJ service.

It's better than DJ City from most perspectives. However, it lacks a filter of popularity, making it hard to find songs that are in high quality and famous. This is the reason I'll still use DJ city.

Payments were deducted from my card without notice. I contacted BPM Supreme they were of no help at all. Said to go back to my bank yet I gave proof of transactions via screenshot, so now I have overpaid and still dont have access to my BPM Supreme account. Avoid using this dj pool

Was looking for a DJ pool for cheese music signed up and paid for this and it was shocking. Had about 10% of the commercial pop that I was looking for!
