Typical Portuguese authority with (according to themselves) virtually no authority to do anything. Filed multiple complaints over the years, they always dismissed and replied the same. Banks can apparently do whatever they wish including closing accounts with funds on it, ignore e-mails, prevent account owners from accessing the funds for months, randomly and unilaterally approve transactions that exceed your limit, charge you, and block your card, they still find "no evidence of infringement on the part of the entity being complained of". I find no evidence of work, investigation, or usefulness on their part.
