The ongoing strike
The ongoing strike is blocking many people from receiving their parcels, documents, and important deliveries. This creates delays, frustration, and uncertainty for customers who rely on this service every day.
It is also difficult to understand how a service that is so important to society can remain partially blocked for nearly 20 days. Very few essential or widely used services could stop operating for that long without serious consequences for the public.
At the same time, a situation like this shows that something is clearly not working between management and employees. When a conflict reaches this level, it is the responsibility of leadership to step in and find a fair solution.
Right now, customers are the ones paying the price. If this continues, the company risks losing not only time and efficiency, but also its reputation and the trust of its long-time clients.
Until things improve, I honestly don’t see myself continuing to rely on this service in the future.

Nearly 20 days to respond to a request which bpost said they would give reasons. No reason given just a demand for money. The parts that came were a replacement for parts that had been broken in transit originally. And I paid nothing for. I had already paid import duty and VAT on the original purchase. No place for bpost to recognize this. They sadly have a monopoly. I sent evidence of a zero invoice. Nothing except a demand for money
