I like to use local businesses, for obvious reasons. They are our neighbours and we should support them.
Before instructing BPS, I ran a very simple test.
Who would respond promptly to a request for information?
Most of the local Chesham and Berkhamsted solicitors were actually rather good, but BPS was the most efficient, almost instantaneous in fact.
I then asked the respondents to give me a quote for freehold conveyancing, for both a fixed fee and hourly rate. BPS was again very competitive and so I engaged them.
They have been very efficient and I would use them again.
