Just need to improve the flexibility on invoice, there are many online shops sending invoice through email(which decrease your cost as well) and the customer do not need to pay the items on the invoice if they want to return instead of using refund approach)

Info on order and delivery via email has been efficient. Customer service's responce in acceptable time. Quick delivery from warehouse to pickup point. No prob returning the item at BR shop instead of returning via post.
