I have used this company previously without problem. This time however completely unsatisfactory. The bracket arrived missing the two important screws to lock it in place (these were on the parts list so should have been included) and also no suitable mounting screws for my TV, despite the fact that I had checked on their website before ordering that this was the correct bracket.
On the web page for returns, the link doesn’t work, I tried phoning a few times and just got a message saying send an email, I sent two emails and have had no response. There seems to be no way of making a return for an incorrectly supplied item.

I bought a bracket that didn't fit so I filled out the returns page and within a day I was called by them to provide the measurements for my tv and two days after that I received another bracket that did fit.

Not only that but they havnt even requested the old one back.

Customer service 5 stars will use again.

I ordered a bracket. It has never arrived. I have contacted the courier , they say go back to the dispatcher i.e. Bracketsrus- they said we will refund.
Never had a refund despite numerous emails- now they are just ignoring me.
I don't recommend purchase from this company!

This bracket was so good I recommended it to a relative to mount his TV on his concrete wall above his fireplace, and he was able to do it himself as well. The supplied screws were more than enough for me.

The included template was helpful as well. Just take your time with the installation and make sure you measure three times before “cutting”

Like any bracket, you’ll need a stud finder, level, socket wrench, and maybe even an electric drill depending on if you’re installing on concrete. 5/5

Since we did not install the TV Bracket as we are pensioners, I can only say that the job went very well. Our installer said there is a level right on the bracket which he liked, he put it on the wall in 15 minutes

did not have fitting instructions, I emailed them and the sent it to me the next day, said they are only open 10am-2pm

On their website this company advertise 24 hour free delivery for their TV brackets. I ordered on a Saturday and it arrived the following Wednesday! Apparently the 24 hour delivery only applies Mon-Fri.
I tried to telephone them to be told that they couldn't answer the phone but to send an email. I did this and it was returned, undeliverable.
They say they'll give a no questions asked refund but I have now got to pay to have it returned.
The return address was difficult to find; the 'what3words' address couldn't be found! I finally found the post code.
I've no reason to judge the quality of the article since I never opened the box.
This company badly needs to improve its customer services.

Purchased two brackets from this company as unsure of what was needed. Both arrived and one was used to complete the job. In order to return the alternative bracket I completed the on line returns form THREE times without response; contacted manager via online form without response; took print screen evidence of the last returns request and of the complaint to the manager and sent it to sales department as this seemed to be the only way of getting a paper trail - still no response. Looking at the number of negative comments here, I am seriously thinking of taking legal action against this thieving company

Not sure this company actually exists. There is nor record anywhere of its existence, apart from existing on the web to take your money.
No customer service line to ring with only a form to fill in that they do NOT reply to.
Still awaiting to receive my bracket they say will be sent within 24 hours but clearly is not correct.
I do NOT believe the few reviews all giving 100% as clearly there is NO customer service . I shall be taking this matter forward shortly ,

Outstandingly good Customer Service. Bracket as advertised proved on receipt to be wholly unsuitable for my purposes. I returned the item and, As promised on their website, received a full refund (they even refunded the cost of returning the item). Lee (Customer Service) did everything as promised.

When I came to fit the bracket I realised that the 'Detailed fitting instructions' they claim the product comes with on their website, are in fact a single-sheet schematic, with the words 'MUST BE FITTED BY A PROFESSIONAL' at the bottom. The 'universal' mount that their website listed as being compatible with my 43" Sony Bravia didn't fit. I've left a review on their website which unsurprisingly hasn't appeared, and it's pretty obvious that the reviews on their website are fake. It's also interesting how many of their 5* Trust Pilot reviews have been left by people who have only reviewed this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Holds really well. all the parts were all there no missing parts. It was here on the day it was dated to come

Abysmal customer service and product quality - 'universal bracket' not compatible with my new Sony TV and missing a bolt from one of the arms. Received no reply from online portal or multiple calls. Email response received but after I had purchased another bracket from AO.com - returned product for refund but now no response from Lee (sales@bracketsrus) so beginning process of claiming back via Barclaycard. Complete sham of a company.

Terrible company. I was trying to buy a wall mount for a 77 Inch tv, and proceeded with payment. On the confirmation email i noticed that it was not the product i wanted. I went back to the site, and realised that every time when I add my product to the basket, that other wrong one ends up there. Technical issue i guess. However, tried to contact them, no one answered the phone all day. My emails were ignored too. I requested to return the item, describing why I wanted to, and did receive a reply, but I dont think they even read what was my complain. So to return it, I need to pay return postages, even though it is their fault and they did not acknowledge that. Now Im thinking, even if i do return the item, am I ever going to see my money again? Buyers Beware, Avoid

This company is a scam. The bracket I received was nothing like the one I paid for. When it arrived it was in an old damaged box and had parts missing. When I contacted them they eventually got back to me about two weeks later, by this time, I had already gone and bought another bracket. Please do your research on them, look at the contact us address on their website and then put it into google maps, it does not exist.

Ordered 2 brackets on 07/06/22, supposed to be delivered next day. Had to chase for a tracking number 3 days later. told it was despatched on 08/06/22 for delivery on 09/06/22. Still not arrived on 14/06/22. Contacted the courier but they have no record of a collection for my address and the tracking number does not match anything on their system.
Tried emailing - no response x 5
Telephone - no answer x 7
Taken my money - nothing to show for it apart from a load of hassle. Pure theft!

Service is awful. No one answers the phone and emails are not answered correctly or ignored. Website specified next day delivery but had to wait 5 days for the product so no good to me. I want to return the item but no one is telling me where to send this item back too.

States a next day delivery but took days longer. That said, product now arrived and is as advertised. Good quality sturdy metal Sky Q mini box wall bracket. Would give 5 stars if arrived the next day as advertised.
