I ordered taps in 2019, which stopped working in 2020.Bradfrod Bathroom Company arranged for replacement parts to be sent with no qualms. All was working fine until the tap went faulty again this year (2021). Initially I thought I wouldn't have much luck asking for a replacement a second time, and over a year later. Many companies would just pass the buck to the manufacturer. However, Bradford Bathroom Company were nothing but helpful. An initial email triggered the customer service team to look in to the issue quickly - in an understanding, polite and professional way, and soon enough I was couriered replacement taps. The after sales service has been nothing short of fantastic, and I could not recommend the company highly enough. So many companies focus on the sale and forget the after care - Bradford Bathrooms are great at both!!

Ordered a tap which unfortunately was out of stock. A more expensive replacement was offered at no extra cost as well as next day delivery. When the tap arrived a part was missing but return was arranged and refund given with no quibble. Whilst I never actually got what I needed the customer service was excellent
