So pleased I searched the internet and found Bradford Bathroom Company the toilet seat I chose fitted perfectly I couldn’t fit it myself I did get someone to do I would use and recommend this company again

I talked to Buffy and she was brilliant. All aspects of the purchase and delivery was excellent but best of all was the professionalism of Buffy.

Received a hopeless swan neck tap by Roper Rhodes which just glugged water even though it was advertised as the opposite, no info on description saying this could happen but retailer saying this is normal, like anyone would want a tap costing £120 that performs in this way. Going round in circles with BB and RR and not getting anywhere for weeks. No ‘customer service’ at all and RR manufacturer’s guarantee clearly worth nothing. Could’ve spent £50 and had less bother and a better tap. BB not bothered and not willing to take any accountability as the retailer. I would suggest avoiding both companies unfortunately

The toilet seat description wasn’t 100% correct and the customer service Roper Rhodes was absolutely helpless and blaming the pan.

I was very impressed with Bradford Bathroom Company. First, great care was taken with the packaging and delivery of the Francis Peglar taps I ordered. Second, I was delighted with the quality of the taps themselves. Beautifully made and even wrapped in their individual cloth bags. The pricing is very competitive and their technical support person was very helpful when I had a query about an aspect of fitting. From my experience I can definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate in using them again in future.
