We had shopped at the Bradford Bathroom Company for a couple of items (a Belfast Sink and a Kitchen mixer tap). The mixer tap had a 5 year guarantee and, 4 years after purchase, it began leaking from the base of the spout. I contacted BBC and was told that the seals are only covered by a 1 year guarantee (I didn't see that anywhere on their site, just huge letters saying it was a 5 year guarantee). They then gave me a phone number which was supposed to be for the manufacturer which wasn't a good number (disconnected) and when I replied back to BBC, I haven't had a response back in two weeks. In summary, they sell nice items but customer service isn't great.

Ordered shower bath, was told delivery date when stock would come in but fortunately received 2 weeks earlier. Excellent delivery and received in perfect condition. With Bradford BC you can speak to nice people on the phone, not an option with Victorian Plumbing who I ordered off a few months earlier and received broken shower cubicle and who you can’t phone to resolve!
Would definitely use Bradford again.

I was very glad to be able to have support by telephone from the customer sales department and when my call was transferred I was given helpful advice by the technical adviser. The purchase and delivery process was very efficient. The prices for the products I purchased were competitive.

Excellent service speedy delivery. On delivery asked that we check the sink. Hood price too. As so many things now delivery charge I felt a bit pricy. Guess almost everyone charges now and those that don’t put it on the price

Having had previous problems getting a quality replacement toilet seat to fit, I found a Roper Rhodes one that looked promising on the Bradford Bathroom Company site. I contacted the company as I wasn't clear whether this seat would fit. I was given advice on exactly how to measure my pan, and the Service Manager, Tom Gasson offered to help further if I could send a photo along with the measurements, which I did straight away at 5 p.m. At 9 am I found the helpful reply from Tom which enabled me to order straight away. I had a follow-up 'Thank you ' email from for my order, and though they normally deliver within 3-4 working days he promised to send it for next day delivery, as he could see from the photo that I had no seat at all.
I thought this was first class service, and Bradford Bathroom Company will be my 'go-to' company for all bathroom and sanitary ware in future.
