Very disappointing customer service

I placed an order, and the very next day my account was compromised. I immediately contacted customer service by email to cancel the order because I knew I would no longer be able to use the checks.

A couple of days later, I was told the order could not be canceled because it was already being processed before they got to my cancellation request. They refused to refund my money, even though I had notified them promptly and the checks were no longer usable due to the account compromise.

I understand that orders take time to process, but I believe a company should show some consideration when a customer reports an account security issue immediately and requests cancellation before the product can be used.

Very disappointed with how this situation was handled and with the lack of willingness to work with me on a reasonable resolution.

Great price and product delivered as advertised.

When I tried to order on my phone. It was not accepting it. Had to order on my home computer.

Checks were delivered & very good! I put an order for return address labels at same time and have yet to receive them?

Complications during the check out from the address being different from the billing and check addresses.

Order from Bradford exchange many times over the years. Great selection, reasonable prices, site is easy to navigate, never have had a problem with ordering or with regards to getting items ordered!!

The checks were done exactly as requested and the quality looks great.

I sure didn't see the $6.90 handling charge before I confirmed the amount. That was an unpleasant surprise since the order was for $10.98 in checks.

The checks are fine, but the pricing is very bait and switch in advertisements. Therefore I really don't trust them. Just tell a decent price upfront.

Your phone agents did not speak good English and were very difficult to understand. I ended up having to order online so I could see what I was being charged for. Prices were not all inclusive but you were still cheaper than bank checks. Let's hope they turn out okay.

i had a hard time getting some check designs to show up (i had a paper with them on) pricing did seem a little high

You don't want my review, poor customer service and cheap looking checks that are way over priced.

Checks are great, the main reason we came back to BE.
Think a return customer should get as good a discount as a new one, we are returning, and our word of mouth advertising should help.
