Thank you for your assistance and excellent service in delivering on time to my Father on his 60th birthday, this was greatly appreciated.

The first lot of cupcakes arrived in a squashed, battered mess. I rang Customer Services and was told that a replacement box would be sent out to me immediately.

The second box arrived as promised, the day after, but with different decorations on top to the ones I ordered.

I couldn't be bothered ringing again and so just accepted them.

To be fair, the cakes were delicious, but I don't think I'll be ordering again. Sorry.

Brilliant service! I was a little weary about the cupcakes being delivered on time and on the correct date... But Bradsford Bakers were completely true to their word! Would 110% recommend to anyone and everyone! Also they look beautiful and taste heavenly!!

It is very easy to order on line from this company and they have a wonderful website. However, as for delivery I have no idea as it was a present and being delivered elsewhere. I have said before when asked for my opinion after placing an order...Bradford Bakers should take the recipient's email address for feedback and not the senders' email address, however, they only take the sender's contact details.

Use for a variety of occasions from Well Done, Thanks to Happy Birthday and have sent all over the country - never disappointed.

You can vary the number of cupcakes to suit the situation and wallet.

Ordered as a gift, arrived on time and enjoyed by recipient, will definitely reorder.

I have ordered on lots of occasions to send gifts to friends and family. The gifts are always well presented and delicious. The only time I had a problem was actually the courier’s fault when they didn’t deliver on time and Bradford’s sorted it quickly and sent a new gift out to the recipient.

The cupcakes I ordered were delicious and looked amazing. Delivered on time, well packaged. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend

Great service from Bradfords Bakers. Wanted to send a gift for Mother's Day but not necessarily the options showing on their website. On contacting customer services they were more than happy to do the mix of cupcakes I wanted, it was no hassle for them at all. Would highly recommend them and from what I hear the cupcakes were lovely. Will definitely use them again.

Have used Bradfords several times as I live overseas, a good way of sending presents to people in the UK. Never had any problems, people have always been pleased with what I have chosen using the descriptions/photos from the webpage.

I was delighted with my first experience of Bradford’s Gifts. My grandson and I sent this edible delight to my florist daughter to enjoy for Mother’s Day. She was thrilled to receive this surprise treat and was delighted with the delicious selection which was shared with and enjoyed by herself and her staff. I would not hesitate to re-order another surprise treat when the occasion arises.
The delivery was prompt and the presentation of the gift most appropriate.
