I bought of the the Brattonsound SC2S Storage Cabinet 2 Shelves. Teice it was delivered damaged. Not my fault. I didn't want to accept a £20 discount ans the offer of having some paint sent out. I wanted a fully complete cabinet without any weaker points for rust to attack. The cabinets had been bent from a substantial knock/s. They did send the second out promptly but unfortunatly that was also damaged. The third and final cabinet was sent on a small pallet which seemed to have solved the issue. At that point I had 3 cabinets in my home with the 2 damaged ones waiting to be collected. What I found extremely odd was the staff member at Bradford Stalker telling me he hopes he never has to deal with me again. I didn't damage the cabinets, I simply declined the offers presented in favor of receiving an undamaged cabinet. Why anyone other than those responsible for the damage would be considered responsible is beyond me. Yet the impression I was left with was it being my faukt for causing issue as I refused the partial refund ans DIY paint project.

EDIT: date may be inaccurate due to limitations with site but I am sure these circumstances could never be forgotten. I understand delivery can have it's own challenges being completely out of your hands. However, as a customer, being made to feel I should have opted for option I wouldn't have ever been happy with and as such not welcome to return my custom wasn't a great experience. For me these are the times when a company can excell, or not.

Very helpfull and fast delivery

Ordered a Brattonsound RL5+ and received updates regarding delivery etc. It arrived damaged had been dropped on its corner. (No surprise when a 40kg steel box is only protected by a cardboard box and 10mm foam on the ends).

Anyone can shift boxes but it's when things go wrong a company shows it's colours so to speak. Emailed sales dept (17.50) and got a response same day from Scott. I was happy to take a discount and keep the gun safe but Brattonsound only offered £24 so that was rejected. Scott arranged a replacement without delay. Luckily this time it arrived undamaged.
