A great team that made me feel comfortable that my lifes belongings were in good hands.

The team that consisted of Clive, Gaz, Rob & Dan were fantastic. Very friendly people who were very professional and happy to help. I would highly recommend Brittannia based on this team alone. The pricing may sway you to seek elsewhere, but in my opinion, worth every penny for peace of mind.

The team worked incredibly hard

The team worked incredibly hard - and cheerfully - to get our big load of stuff packed and moved and unpacked again in 2 days. It wasn’t an easy job especially with a smaller destination and lots of narrow stairs, but they did amazingly. It sounded like perhaps better communication could have happened between the office and the moving team, but they didn’t let it get in the way of a brilliant service. Thanks Ambrose, Joe, Bran, Dan, Simon, Pete, Alastair and Sonic.

Paul and Kemp arrived promptly and…

Paul and Kemp arrived promptly and cheerfully. They packed everything efficiently and worked well as a team . They sorted the storage items from the moving items and we ended up with everything very safely in the correct place. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very happy with the service they offered us.

Excellent service

I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to the guys, Paul, Jack, Jake, Tommy & Matt from Britannia Bradshaw removals in Leicester.
Their service was so much better than I could have hoped for. If you wonder why you pay for a Removal service then these guys are the reason why.

For fuss free removal, from friendly hard working guys. Who are also willing to move things and give one time to make a decision. It can be really overwhelming moving and in some instances even sad but these guys jollied me along and kept my spirits up. Nothing was too much trouble.
I was amazed at their skill in getting two hefty wardrobes up a narrow staircase and into my room of choice. I wish I’d filmed them. An amazing display of what team work is all about. Just brilliant.

I just wanted to add that the service I received throughout the entire process from my initial conversation with Pam to Trevor who came and discussed my quote it has all been perfect.

Thanks again guys.
You have made a difficult time for me much easier. I can’t thank you enough.

If you want a stress-free moving process, choose Britannia!

We used Britannia to help us pack our belongings and then move us, and it was the best decision we made. From booking the job with Jacki, to dealing with Dan and the team during the move, they were great!

The day before the move, the team arrived when they said they would and spent over 6 hours packing everything meticulously - taking real care when doing so. Then the following day, the day of the move, they were great. Really slick in their operation, friendly and put everything where we wanted it in our new home.

After a stressful solicitors process, these guys made the moving process seamless for us! Thanks everyone that came to help us

Efficient moving service

Was really impressed with the whole removal service in October 2020. This started with a virtual home assessment to get an idea of items we'd be moving. The assessor was able to answer all my questions and provide assurances on the home move timetable. We opted for the full packing service and the crew arrived promptly on our move day to start the packing / loading. This was completed well ahead of schedule which gave us a good opportunity to walk around the empty property and ensure all items had been removed. Once we had the keys for the new place the crew walked around the house with us to ensure they knew where items were going. Unloading was performed quickly and efficiently. They even collected all the used packaging materials a few days later. Based on my experience I would recommend this company to friends/family.

Manchester to Wirral with Britannia Bradshaw

Just moved from Manchester to the Wirral and used Britannia Bradshaw moving and packing services. They were great and made the moving experience a lot easier especially with a toddler. Ryan, Ash and Carl were friendly, considerate and hard working on a very hot day. I would user them again and would recommend them.

Exceptional service from start to…

Exceptional service from start to finish and consistency in customer care across the board. I have called the office on a few occasions discussing a few different options with Pam and Lynn who were polite, professional, friendly and very helpful. Trevor who came to prepare a quote for me was also professional, attentive and friendly. Moving a house was one of the most stressful experiences for us so far; having said that, I cannot imagine the moving day without the two very friendly, hardworking, attentive, careful superheroes Chris & Jamie 😊 It was a pleasure and relief to have these two helping with the move! The pace Chris & Jamie were working at was incredible, there was no messing about, and the house contents was loaded onto the van in no time. They were also aware of two pets locked in one of the bedrooms and were very kindly working around this restriction. Britannia Bradshaw International Removals & Storage TEAM have clearly demonstrated their passion for customer service and care as well as professionalism and expertise in field they operate and have displayed a high standard for others to follow.
Chris, Jamie, Trevor, Pam & Lynn we cannot thank you enough for all your assistance and excellent service you have provided to us. We wish you all the best: Gosia, Gary, Stanley & Stefan!!!

Really is worth 5 stars!

Many thanks for your efforts in making the move as smooth and easy for our family. I shall be writing a review on google and every review page I can find. All my family and friends already know how much I appreciated the paid help. The office staff with explaining the whole process to making payment was so easy, the tour and effortless time given for all my queries-outstanding!

Both journey's from leaving my home, and re delivery to my new home was equally superbly managed. The men that helped (with all the lifting and placement) need to read this too. Their efficiency and understanding of product placement was important and nothing I asked them to do was too much trouble-Thank You team-everyone of you.

I hope the teas, chocolates, biscuits and mince pies helped, they all worked so well - I was so pleasantly surprised on both occasions. The guy that came on both occasions (short with blonde hair-sorry retaining names is not my strong point) was the most outstanding- smiling, pleasant and considerate-special thanks to him.

A really trustworthy company and team to choose, I've used the service for vacating a house, storage and moving into a new house

I have given your details to all that ask and hope you all have a wonderful New Year ahead.

Really impressed

Really impressed! the guys were really efficient, friendly and helpful. Even when things we're labelled they asked where things went and made what was a stressful day feel that bit calm and under control.

Take the stress out of moving

We had a two day move from Stockport to Anglesey - Brian and Mick turned up about 9am and got stuck in straight away and did a great job of emptying the house - it was made easier for them due to BB sending us good strong stackable boxes and we had done the packing
Day two - Brian and Andy turned up and managed to manouver the 7.5 t wagon into a tight space
They tipped the wagon in 3 hours with no problems and did a great job in the searing heat
They all did a brilliant job over the two days - BB are not the cheapest but they are very professional and helped take all the stress out of moving - thanks lads

Moving my parents back from 20 years of…

Moving my parents back from 20 years of being holed up in Brittany and with them unable to contribute much to the operation was always going to be a struggle, physically and emotionally. What made it all the easier to manage and get through was the EXCELLENT service provided by the 2 man team (Tony and Mark) who assisted. They were punctual, polite, hard-working, funny, superbly capable at their jobs and they lifted the whole experience into something, dare I say it, even remotely enjoyable. First class service in every way and both ends. Worth every penny. Thank you.

Don't use Britannia Bradshaw- ever!

Britannia Bradshaw moved us from Manchester to Oxford last month. Despite three visits from the assessor, as I was anxious that they had underestimated our stuff, the van was only just big enough and it was very stressful jamming everything in. Instead of the promised three men there were only two over all three days which meant that we had to help carry stuff to get everything done on time. They managed to smash the glass of an antique bookcase, scratch the top of an ercol table and break a large flowerpot. We are claiming on our house insurance for the first two and they need expert restoration. We thought that was bad enough but today we discovered that they had also snapped in half (goodness knows how) the leg of a valuable antique table and had disguised it by putting the two halves together as if it were still in one piece. We discovered it when we came to move the table a few inches! How dishonest is that! So we have yet another insurance claim. The men were very nice and polite but they were exhausted and over-stretched and the disguising of damage is clearly totally unacceptable. Obviously, I would never use this firm again.

We always appreciate feedback from our customers, especially when we've not lived up to their expectations as that helps us to continually improve the removal experience for all of our clients. We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the service you received.

Prior to your removal, our estimator did, indeed, come to your home three times. The first time was to estimate the move, the additional two times were to bring additional packing materials. Our records show that he did estimate the volume of your removal correctly, and the correct lorry was used on the job.

On the day of your removal, our Quality Inspector conducted a random spot check (he does this regularly to help ensure we are delivering the best service to our clients) of your removal. His report indicated that, while your removal was a heavy load (due to the books), load protection was used and proper care was taken. We've also reviewed the photos included with his report from the loading portion of your move, and the van appeared to be loaded properly, with protection provided for furniture.

While having three men at your home on the day you moved out would have helped speed up the process, your belongings were loaded in good time - and our Quality Inspector also provided additional assitance by helping to load the truck.

Unfortunately, the glass in your cabinet was accidentially broken while the cabinet was on our truck parked at your new home, and for this we are extremely sorry.

You mention a table with a broken leg in your review. It is against company policy for our employees to attempt to hide any damage from the customer - we know that accidents can, unfortunately, happen and when they do, we alert the customer as soon as possible. We asked the men who performed your removal about the table, and they indicated that when they brought it into your new home and up the winding stairs, you observed the process, along with the placement of the table in the location you requested. We were extremely sorry to learn the table was damaged as mentioned, however, we were unaware of the damage at the time of your removal and the placement of it in your new home.

Your Ercol table was fully protected during your move; we regret that you had found scratches on it after the removal was complete.

When the men were loading your belongings at your former home, they did ask if you wanted all of the flower pots to be moved, as there was existing damage to many of the pots at the time.

We sincerely regret the service you received did not live up to your expectations. We strive to provide the best removal experience possible to all of our customers, and it seems that we did not achieve this goal during your move. We will take on board your comments, views and experience to be used towards our continious improvement of our removal services.

Awful experience

We used Britannia Bradshaw Manchester for our house move last year and we were appalled when we unpacked our furniture and other house contents - almost every piece of furniture was damaged or scratched - a large TV was deeply scratched. Other items had just been tipped haphazardly in boxes - ie. sensitive items like memory cards had been tipped into large boxes with coat hangers etc. Clothes and curtains were all screwed up in a ball. We did complain to the company but they weren't particularly interested. Would absolutely not recommend or use them again!
