Phoned up 2 times enquiring about a skip hire. The guy on the phone has a horrible attitude both times, rude from the off. He was unbelievably unhelpful too.

Fantastic highly recommend
Fantastic actually came a day early and offered to come on right day if a problem but it wasn’t. Kept their distance at all times due to current circumstances. Emailed via there collection on website and the skip was gone less than 2 hours later. Highly recommend

Turned up just over four hours late
Turned up just over four hours late. Had called on two separate occasions to see where it was. Told first time that all systems were down and this was the reason. Second time it was blamed on parked cars blocking all roads. If you are going to make up excuses then at least stick to the same script!
Positive point was that the online booking was straightforward.

Very skilled with skip placement
