Phoned up 2 times enquiring about a skip hire. The guy on the phone has a horrible attitude both times, rude from the off. He was unbelievably unhelpful too.

Service is Good but the Website does not remember account set ups
The service is great, skips are collected swiftly and although the skips aren't always delivered between the time frames request they get delivered on the day requested.
The only issue i have is having bought 5 skips to date i have set up an account 5 times and when go back to try and login to the website, it does not remember any of my details and continues to reply with the message of that there is no account details of that registered.
I would use them again but wish they would sort out their online account login system to make things easier and simpler!

Fast and efficient service
Skips easily ordered online and delivered as requested. Misunderstanding on a 2nd skip was resolved even when the office was about to close and the driver came back with a skip to allow us to finish the job. Fast and efficient collection. Great service.
