Really disappointed with the AI use for a whole school photo. The photograph itself looks totally false with children all given the same height, body size, looking straight ahead, no arms to be seen,... See more

Poor value

I understand there is some cost involved to have the photographer on site to do their Job but £19 for a digital only? Worse yet,if you order any physical packs, you have to pay £9 more to get the digitals included! Now, if there were a few different shots then maybe you could say there is some value but it seems like a quick shot and move on to the next child, our child wasn’t even centred. Just greed. Will complain to the school and get a local professional to take up the task. Clearly this company cares nothing of quality.

Poor customer experience

Lovely picture - but website & experience is not customer friendly. I don't begrudge paying for a photo but prices seem high and now they charge extra for the cardboard mount...

Awful school photo

Awful school photo. Whoever is taking the picture isn’t good at what they do or have no interest in taking good pictures. Parents look forward to school photographs but unfortunately this company does not appear to want to do a good job. 0 stars from me!!

Awful photographer. Awful photos. Awful options

Awful photographer. Bullish and rushed with young children, barking orders at them and not at all pleasant. Previous photographer retired but he took 3 photos and we had option of 3 shots to chose from. None of the class liked this photographer who chose to come to the school in the afternoon. The options for photo packages are awful too. I will now do what the rest of the school parents will do and take school photos myself. Will never order from Braiswick again and will join campaign for school to choose another photographer. Shocking and disappointing.

Digital download costs alot more money…

Digital download costs alot more money than the packs..,, which doesnt make sense! Surely with the digital pictures, there is no cost for ink and photographic paper..just a click on a computer. Deliberately charge more to the customer and day light robbery.

Unnecessarily pricey

Unnecessarily pricey. Poor quality. Not worth it at all. The picture packs are silly, why will I need 8pieces of same pictures. The local boot photo print shops are way better than this rubbish. I’m so upset. This is the last time I will be printing these photos. My mobile phone camera can do a better job.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, lighting and photography skills. Picture packs are poor and uneco friendly. If you want a digital download it will cost you more than some of the packs which makes no sence what so ever, now we will have more pic than we need as to save money. Myself and other mums in school will be complaning and hoping they choose a diffrent company next time. The pic i got of my son is dark, at a poor angle, the back groud looks like its 30 years old. School photos are important and something someone people cherrish for many years.
