Absolute RIP OFF!
I have always ordered my daughter’s school photo every year since she started school but she’s now in Year 7 and under no circumstances am I prepared anymore to pay £17 for one 10” x 8” picture. Absolutely ridiculous prices especially if you have more than one child. Will take my own pictures from now on!

Very poor and rude customer service
Very poor and rude customer service, called to order two class photos for two children, they want to charge £4 each seperatly postage and packaging when both addressed to the same address. Would not add two orders to be delivered to the school for free for beeing 5-6hours late. I doubt it they've processed the whole school orders in one morning so not to be able to add more orders.

Good experience. Ordering online process is very easy. I ordered school photos 12x8 photo for my children, unmounted.. the price should be okay if they also offer mount for that size as well..otherwise good experience overall.

Great Service
I've ordered from here before.
If you order by certain date you can have it delivered free of charge to school, even if you have gone beyond cut of date you can still order and have it delivered to home address but you have to pay for that.
Been ordering school photos for years and never had a problem with the service.
