THE best support I have ever recieved
I am genuinely blown away by the support and absolutely astounding compassionate and caring attitude your staff have gone above and beyond with helping my daughter.
I called after an unfortunate MOT failure for my daughters car, she was in distress with her never having a failure and being restricted by lack of public transport I really needed help to get her car looked at as we live in a village with no public transport.
I was helped by a couple of ladies, one I remember as Donna and I am afraid the other name has slipped my mind, my apologies for not being able to mention her by name. But my goodness, I don't know what training they are provided but they are truly ambassadors for your company and the brand.
They were easily the most helpful staff I have ever come across and I genuinely mean that. The mechanic Steve was a gentleman, he has managed to turn my daughters car around this morning and she is back on the road, a very happy young lady. She is going through examinations at the minute and you as a company have relieved so much stress for us all, as we would have to sort lifts to and from exams and we both work full time. Hannah would have not managed to get to work as she works a long distance away from home. I thank you with all I have to thank you with, you are an astounding group of people.
