The worse company ever!!!

The worse company ever!!!
Purchased 2 jumpers on 11th November.
Firstly delivery was supposed to be on 5th December (almost 1 month).
I received only 1 jumper on 5th December.
So contact l d customer service & was told that 2nd jumper will be delivered on the 8th.
By 10th no sign of jumper.
Contacted them again ,no reply .
After 3 emails finally got reply that they 3 days to find out what happens .I asked for a refund .
The next morning refund appeared as pending,but by the evening dissapeared .
Contacted them again ,no reply .They try to make it look like they gave a refund then cancelled .
Had to contact Citizen Advice to help to get my money back .
If you have an issue with this company report it to Citizen Advice ,they will report it to Trading Standarts .This company has to be stopped cometing fraud .

What an absolute disgrace

What an absolute disgrace, ordered bedding which was described as blue. Arrived quickly but was Teal/green so then contacted customer service with no joy!! Repeated messages and still same confused answers. No responsibility taken for mid representation of goods so now in process of returning package. Don’t use this company… absolute waste of time.

Orfered a furniture item it arrived…

Orfered a furniture item it arrived damage. I immediately contacted Brand Alley. They informed me that the goods were provided by a 3td party. Despite explaining my contract is with Brand Alley they will not arrange a return. I will have to instigate proceedings in the Small Claims Court. Beware, beware, beware

Let down badly - don’t bother!

Just washed ironed my new bedding from Brandalley The Lyndon Company - every item has a flaw. Isn’t it illegal to sell goods that are seconds without saying so?
Disappointed and let down - still waiting for the Phase Eight I ordered. Wondering if these will be flawed too.
As someone said would have been better going to TK Maxx or Amazon - at least you can return and not have to pay the delivery and return postage. Don’t bother I won’t in future!

Fake

Order was apparently sent (1 day after ordering), then 2 days later i got a message that I will receive a refund as the order had been returned. I hadn’t even received the order, and certainly didn’t return.
According to Fedex tracking, a label had been create, but the package had never been sent.

Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company. I ordered a ladies size 6 croc. Goods delivered quickly,but received a ladies size 10. Mens 8.
Thinking they just throw anything in a box and send out.
I don’t recommend and won’t be using Brandalley ever again.

Ordered a bag that has never arrived
The tracking from Royal Mail said they were waiting for it ..Kept checking for a week still not received from Warehouse sent Brand Alley emails and proof and with no apology just been told the bag is lost!!
After reading other emails I’m wondering was it ever in the warehouse! So now wait for refund Will not use them again.

Worst company online to buy from

I wish id see 80%+ people review this as one star.

These people are conmen. I placed an order 1st May and over 3 weeks later i havent had the item, no email on shipping status and their website says the item is 'Delayed'.
How can they be allowed to be selling stock they do not possess

Absolutely rubbish they don't deserve a star. They have not fulfilled the order. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order on expensive jacket. I contacted them multiple times and they tell me that, my order and my account is not on their system. I send them proves the invoice and picture with my account. They don’t refund the amount.
Will never buy from this company again.

Absolutely rubbish & incompetent

Absolutely rubbish. Don’t normally write reviews but will out of principle. Bought 6 chairs from the company at over £1100. Told us to buy the chairs and they will give us the sign up discount after the purchases of £60. After approximately 11 separate emails over 2 months still not received the money when promised by 3 separate people. Given up chasing as clearly a huge job to refund what they promised in the email.

Still not received products

Really disappointing - still not received products.

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order of some pretty expensive towels. I actually ordered for guests that were coming to stay.
I keep just being told they will arrive tomorrow but never get an update email to say they have officially been sent. No real apologies at all.
Will never buy from this company again.

Returns Policy

Extremely disappointed and angry with BrandAlley. I ordered a Swimming Costume through the company and specifically read the Delivery & Returns at the bottom of their home page. It does not mention anything about not being able to return Swimwear! I only discovered this as I was about to fill in my returns label! Apparently you have to drill into their Terms & Conditions to find a further Clause. Surely this should be mentioned under Delivery & Returns in the first instance. Very angry and disappointed and shall definitely never use again. Also, cost for returning items is outrageous!

Have used Brandalley numerous times…

Have used Brandalley numerous times before but this is the first time I’ve ordered clothes. They charged for delivery but this is the first time I’ve had to pay £3.50 to return items because they didn’t fit. I don’t live near a city so always try to order online when possible. Also because they haven’t delivered all items together I know I’ll have another £3.50 deducted as I’ll have another parcel at some stage (trousers were same size and I followed sizing guide).
It would have been cheaper to drive to nearest town and use a TK Maxx. Lesson learnt.

Avoid! Selling used and opened beauty products!

Would give no stars if possible! Ordered some Susanne Kaufmann items, including an advent calendar. Four items missing from it - and you guessed it, they were the full sized ones. Two of the items that did actually arrive with me already opened - gross. One of the other items I ordered had been opened and a good chunk of the top of the product had been scooped out. Contacted them via their website and they are asking me for a hand written note to swear the items were not received! Have reported to PayPal and will be reporting it as theft to the police. Avoid this company at all costs!

Total lack of empathy …

Ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. Paid extra for next day delivery.parcel delivered 2 days later with 2 pairs of jeans in, no jacket. Rang customer service where I was asked to take photos of what had arrived. Return these items asap, and oh!! There are no jackets left, we will refund you your payment.
No help whatsoever.
Maybe they can track down who actually put my package together, the invoice inside was correct for what I ordered but not the product. Very very disappointing.

Appalling customer service from…

Appalling customer service from Brandalley. I ordered an item on 19 November to be delivered via express shipment on 21 November. Today is 16 December and not only have I not received my order, but it is not even been sent to the courier physically. Brandalley were quick to send the shipment details to the courier (DPD) without sending the physical item itself. When contacted for a refund due to the breach of the sale contract, they take days to respond claiming that they are investigating. Then they respond that they can't process a refund because the order is with the courier when in fact it is not. I have checked daily with DPD and they are still waiting for the physical order from Brandalley. Avoid this company if you don't want to loose your money! This situation has been very stressful and time consuming for me. I shall pursue other legal routes to get my refund and will claim damages as well.

Item much cheaper elsewhere

Having promised myself never to use Brand Alley again, I was tempted and regretted it. Always check elsewhere before purchasing as I have found you can get item cheaper elsewhere. Customer service is appalling and non responsive

I ordered a Reiss jumper 2 months ago! Never received. Then it said order delayed then finally they give me a refund!! Why are they selling stuff that’s clearly out of stock! I will never order from this company again.

Going or gone bust . No returns.

Another useless company clearly going or gone bust. Requested a return 3 weeks ago and usual boring emails telling me to be patient! Just rang now and told that the collection agency had rung to arrange collection of a Mattress. This is clearly not true. Told to wait another week and they would offer me £50 credit on my account . Clearly this is not valid and allows another delay. Stay well clear of this company is my suggestion. They went into receivership in September.
