The most horrible experience!!!
So disappointed... I would not even give them one star if I could. I ordered from Brandalley in the past and their delivery times were in line with what had been advertised. This time round, however, the delivery deadlines were completely ignored. when the deadline of 1st December was originally missed I emailed them and said that I need the order cancelled as I was going away for a month from 4th December and the items I had ordered I needed for my trip. They did reply, but said they could not cancel my order, even though the status said the items were still in their warehouse. The parcel arrived on 6th December. I had to redirect it to my neighbours as I obviously wasn't home. I got 2 random emails from their customer service during December apologising and saying that the order was still being packed???? I let them know that the order had been delivered, but as I had stated I needed the items for my holiday, so would be returning the majority of items. When I got back and opened the parcel on 4th January there were two tops there, instead of one, but no dress that I had ordered. I emailed them on that day with photos, and then again this week and there has been no reply. I'm so angry I want to send everything back, but I'm worried that even if I will, I won't get my refund soon, if at all!!! I've never contacted anyone about consumer rights but this is just horrible! I paid over £200 for the items, so it's difficult to just forget it! Worst customer service ever!

Beware , this Company advertises discounted designer handbags and state it has to be shipped from one warehouse to the next possibly in another country , I ordered the end of November they said delivery for December 19th , they know they do not have access to the stock but deduct the money from your account and at the last meet say the goods are no longer available , or rely on the customer to be so exhausted that they request a refund . The first order the cheapest bag arrived but the costly one was predictably delayed , I asked if it would arrive by chrismas they said yes , I called back 2 weeks before and they told me theres a delay no suggestion of when but offered a 5.95 delivery charge that I paid a deduction for me , the following they cancelled the order for not having the goods in the first place and refunding me the cost of the bag this time , there was no compensation other than they have had access to my money over 500 pound for the last two months and the money they refund takes a couple of weeks its like they are factoring the deals like a broker but unscrupulously cheating misleading the customer this needs to be reported , there is not a constant pattern where the goods are delivered direction time to anywhere , there continuous cancellling of the order when suspect those orders where never in stock ....\Careful will report to trading standards and citizen advice bureau ,,disappointed how people can mess you about ,

So disappointed..I would not recommend you guys to buy anything now as you may get frustrated ..I did my orders 4 days ago and when I followed it up they said it will be delivered 1st week of January. So better look for any good deals in other online shopping that you can get. Not recommended this brand alley at all..it was my 1st time to order but they gave me a bad impression..its a big no no for me next time.
Delays to order and also refund
Ordered 2 pairs of the same velvet jeans in different size 12th October. One arrived promptly and it was wrong colour(midnight blue instead of black). had to wait a further 14 days or so to get the other one and that size didn't fit so returned both. Been 3.5 weeks and no refund. Contacted customer service and I have to provide proof of postage. I will be lucky if I can find that small piece of paper from the post office now as I've sent loads of parcels back for other places and xmas presents. Seems like their warehouse is struggling. Warning on their website about staff shortages + delays. I will not be ordering again.

Yet again-Awful delivery times! If you can get your items from the original company then better to do that. Everything written here on trustpilot is correct. If you can't deliver then do not take people's money. Send it first and then take payment. Covid is going to decimate the economy again and retail will be hit hard when people lose their jobs. When people stop spending at Brandalley because of crap service or they have zero finances they will be desperate for customers and employees will lose jobs. I'm going to spend my money with the original companies like reiss etc that deliver. Brandalley should really start to get worried about customers deserting them.

Slow despatch and even slower refund. I was assured to receive a refund by the 9th of December. 5 days later still no progress This company is a joke. Don't waste your time and money - there are plenty of better places to spend with better service. I'll never use this online store again.

Would give it minus 10 if I could... ordered an item on the 23rd November 2021 to be delivered 2nd December... its now 14th December still no item .. fobbed off by telling me item awaiting dispatch in the warehouse etc .. after numerous e mails an alleged manager was looking into this... still waiting ?? They have offered me a £5.95 refund as a goodwill gesture . My Item cost £50.95 which I want refunding immediately otherwise I will be taking this matter further .. shambolic company and I am not interested that they are having problems with warehouse deliveries... answer is simple. DO NOT TAKE CUSTOMER MONEY IF YOU CANT DELIVER THE ITEM !!!

I used to love Brandalley and always found them reliable. I am waiting on an order due 7 December at the latest. When I telephoned I was told it would be dispatched in a few days. But I’ve heard nothing. I asked why they were advertising Christmas gifts when delivery was in a mess. The customer service advisor said their warehouse were in trouble. I asked if I would get my order before Christmas and she said “90%”. So I think that there is something serious happening with the warehouse and Brandalley are not telling customers. She also said that management had decided not to contact customers to advise their deliveries would be late. Which seems like an odd decision. So something is up and I do not trust that orders will be fulfilled.

Ordered 5 items as Christmas gifts - and I appreciate that the stock is not immediately despatched but made sure ahead of ordering that the delivery timeframe suited.
Out of the 5 items ordered - 2 have arrived on time and in good condition, 2 heavy fragile items (packed in a plastic delivery bag...mmm? arrived damaged - how predictable that would have been when packing in the warehouse!
And, finally, 1 item has not turned up by 23 Nov (the outside date for delivery) - this has simply been refunded without any communication whatsoever. I called BA to query where it was, it would appear the advisor I had spoken to previously about the damaged items refunded (I had mentioned that I was still awaiting one item during the call). She obviously saw that it was out of stock and rather than give me more bad news, decided to keep that nugget of information to herself and just refund the price.
Guess what? Shall not be using BA ever again!

One recent order made I was given an extended delivery date, I contacted Brand Alley some weeks later to cancel the order, I was advised this 2 been done and a refund would follow within 3- 5 days. Over a week later no refund, this is a coat for £235.00!! The next order , the delivery date came and went, contacted customer service who said the item was not longer available and cancelled my order, they had received payment 2 weeks before this, you should not be taking peoples hard earned money, leaving it in your bank account for weeks and then saying you do not have the items??My ordering with this company will be far less due to the inefficiency of their operating procedures and lack of customer service,

Appalling customer service
Orders 4 cushions,4 lamps. Cushions arrived within 4weeks,2 lamps arrive 4weeks later with delivery note stating 4 were being delivered, 2 were missing. I promptly emailed and was asked to hand write a declaration of the fact, which I duly did. Iv emailed 2 more times and I’m being completely ignored. So like many others I’m out of pocket and due a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAMBOLIC SITE. They are a disgrace.
