Purchased a mystery £10 Wowcher voucher and Brand Arena sent items worth far less than £10. Stay away!

Avoid the Wowcher mystery deal

Ordered the Wowcher mystery deal. I paid £10 plus £3.75 each twice so just under £30 and was so unhappy and disappointed. The staff weren’t that very helpful and got the same item twice which was a watch when I expected 2 different items. I’m returning them both and getting my money back. Save your money!

Wowcher Order of “Mystery Electronic” gifts

Order: 39494592

Having spent £10 plus £3.99 postage on a “mystery“ electronics gift through Wowcher, (names such as Sony, Apple and More!) were mentioned. I did think the gifts offered were to good to be true, but this Wowcher deal is an insult to the paying customer and, in my eyes, a total scam!

This deal is a Lottery of course but a certain minimum value should be attributed to the gifts received.
For a total of £13.99 I have received gifts which are not only not of quality, they are not guaranteed, are old stock and basically rubbish.
The products I received were:

Bitmore White In-Ear Headphones
Veho Pebble Mini Powebank.

If this is a “genuine” deal, then the seller should be able to provide the names and area of residence of the customers who actually received worthwhile gifts from the list of items that were “on offer”. How many customers, like myself, have been fobbed off and disappointed by the measly “gift” sent to them?

I would like Brand Arena to investigate this matter and provide these details.
If they are not able to do this, then full refunds should be sent to each customer and this seller should not be removed from Wowcher offers.

Bought a pair of joules sunglasses via woucher. Did not received the one's ordered. I have sent several emails to the company, received an initial reply, but then no further response for over 2 weeks. Then received a reply asking for the voucher invoice that I sent two weeks ago, I informed them i had already sent this and asked for a resolution asap, then further silence. Paid via PayPal so have opened a dispute with them, let's see how that goes. If not, small claims court.

What a rubbish company !!! AVOID

*** Same company - Netapeek

What a rubbish company !!! I bought twice from this company and both products came defective (Timberland glasses Broken, and a Police Watch damaged). Surely, they buy products returned by customers from large companies and resell without even opening the boxes and examine. In short: Both times I had to return the products by paying the posting from my pocket. Never again. Rubbish !!! AVOID

ATTENTION:

Careful about FAKE GOOD Reviews after my posting.
This RUBBISH company posted all FAKE GOOD REVIEWS on Netapeek review page. (All on the same day 25/11/14).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
