Branded Cupcakes Reviews

Excellent Service and was able to facilitate our request for Vegan and Gluten Free cupcakes - will definitely use again.

Excellent service and cupcakes. Highly recommended.

It was a really simple process to order from Branded Cupcakes (Amore Bakery). The service was fast and I was even sent a picture of the goods before they were delivered.

Great cupcakes, great service.

Really easy to order, great communication, collected them personally and kitchens looked immaculate, wouldn't hesitate to use again - super tasty and very moist and fresh

Fantastic customer service with our order, very quick (almost immediate) replies to emails and always extremely helpful.

Our order was fairly large and had some specific/unique requirements, involving splitting the order to 2 separate delivery dates and locations as well as an early delivery time of 0630. In each case Amore couldn't have done more to help and accommodate and carried out our requests flawlessly.

The final product was of high quality in look and taste, each cake arriving in its own packaging and in large trays to aid distribution. Price wise they were extremely competitive and good value.

Would highly recommend for large orders and other commercial purposes!

Really impressed with the service! I had a tight deadline and needed the Cupcakes to arrive at a certain time. They arrived on time and even with a few additionally cupcakes which i thought was a lovely touch!
The only thing i would comment on is that potentially when ordering the option for flavours could be discussed as the cupcakes and topping was slightly bland. Other than that though really seamless experience.

Our cupcakes for work we brilliant and delicious, delivered on time and were excellent value. Will definitely be ordering from you again!

Great cupcakes, delivered on time with the design on them I required. great tasting good value, we ordered 100 and everyone said the same

Good Service and the cupcakes were delivered in time for our client's event.

Very helpful with quoting and provided nice mock visuals for my client to choose from.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Diana in particular was extremely responsive, helpful and patient, and made ordering the cupcakes a smooth and seamless process. We didn't do a huge order (about 500 cupcakes), however I would have no hesitations using this company again in the future, for a large or small order.

I have used Branded Cupcakes on 3 separate occasions now and they are consistently good value and equally high quality every time. This is in line with our own company values so I will continue to use this them for future orders. Aside from the quality of the cakes, the team always provide exceptional customer service too.
