Frustratingly Slow
First thing last friday I placed an online order to replace my broken microwave. I figured that I would get delivery with a week. This is the middle of the third business day and they have yet to even process my order. My card hasn't been billed yet and they have no clue when it might ship, but they are still in business. If I had known that they would be this slow, I would have paid the $15 extra to buy the same microwave at Home Depot. I would have had it 6 days ago!
