It's been at least a year or more since I've gotten on their spammy emailing list. I've never had any use for companies like these, but despite all attempts to unsubscribe, they fill my inbox constantly. Fortunately, it's my TRASH inbox. Still, I'm sick of seeing them. This ceaseless junk mail is enough to tell you they're not a co. to put your money or trust into.

Most people are inexperienced. Business model is based on marketing their service - not delivering it. The service is watered down junk. Many in this industry are like that. John Halfpenny (who is now at Semrush) was the lead in the beginning. He was rude and reckless. It is strange how people like that work with clients.

Complete scam. I have tried to cancel three times, but they continue to bill me more than the original agreement for 2 consecutive years. I literally had to cancel the credit card to stop the charges 2 years after canceling my services with this terrible service.

I got phished from another background site and asked to be removed. They sent me a link to finish the process as I was filling it out, I was signing up to something that I stopped the process. Then I get spam from brandyourself. I unsubscribed. They sent me more spam messages and I responded with STOP. Then I sent a profanity lance email and they signed me up and spam me to porn sites and foreign banks churches with nudity.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with BrandYourself for online reputation management. Despite their assurances, the results after six to seven months were negligible. They failed to suppress even the most critical negative content, and it often felt like their priority was collecting fees rather than delivering meaningful outcomes. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

BrandYourself has provided directed marketing and SEO support on behalf of my business for several years and we will continue in a unified direction for several more. Personnel are easy to communicate with and very responsive to requests and changes.

Everyone has a reason to hire this company, sooner the better!!!!

I put in my first name for a free audit and it mentioned that the bible, gospel according to matthew contained negative information about me. They are also very expensive.

The company presents its services for free at first, and then charges you for doing nothing. The so-called "reports" are worthless. It mentioned a few of my searches for family history as "negative" aspects of my brand. Completely ridiculous. Plus, you can't get ahold of them on the phone.

Be aware of this company, I have purchased subscription for their services, but the product itself are not good enough as they stated on their website. I got into their trick because I watched Dragon Den UK, and it is shame that the company who appear on the shows and even got the investment from Peter Jones can scam people like this. Now, why I called this company scam? because they don't put anytime cancellation on their website, I have to reach out to their email support team (which I don't even know they're exist or not) several times, and never got any answer to help me cancel my subscription! I go into their social media like facebook and linkedin , they did not even reply me back. Until, I reach out to my friends who reside in New York to help me call the number. Guess what happen? my friend told me that there is no agent at the moment that standby, and that time is working time! around 14.00pm new york time. I am furious also lost my patience on them, this is why I put honest review which I never did before. NEVER EVER PURCHASE THEIR SERVICES, once you get into their trick, you will never get out. BE AWARE, not every company that appears on the tv shows are guarantee legit. THIS COMPANY 100% SCAM PEOPLE. I NEVER DELETE THIS REVIEW UNTIL THEY CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

This site shows Instant results when using the free trial version. Once you sign up and pay things suddenly change and there are no instant results like the free trial version does to sucker you into purchasing a plan. Once you sign up for the DIY you have to create lots of accounts to bury negative search results on Google. But then you have to call and do create more accounts. It will say make 8 accounts to remove this negative result. You do that then it wants more and more and call and pay for more. They also put on reoccurring charges with no way to remove or opt out. They do not offer refunds and do not disclose that all purchases are final. There are no result changes just do more steps or pay more money. There is zero support on weekends which seems to be a bit awful considering their website is always available. Even my student loan lenders are open, Amazon and eBay are open for calls and assistance on weekends. This site did nothing but charge my card and no way to stop reoccurring charges. Heck even my bank was open but couldn't stop the charge from going through but at least I have a block on them ever trying to charge me again. After cancelling my service I got my money back but noticed a string of emails pretending to be me with language I never use to cancel services. This all came from brand yourself.com. I had never reached out to any of the companies in question to cancel and never used legal language or statues to forced cancel services from these sites. Once again brandyourself.com takes it into their own hands to do something against a clients wishes. The owners of this site need to be stopped as they are predators making money off people they exploit negatively!

All Words little action & very few results! They did about 3% of what they promised before purchasing the product. I would neither recommend nor would I purchase again. I actually would prefer my online persona before using this product/service & I truly wish I could restore my situation to the way it was! Nothing good came from this service; I was far better off before! The problem is that there is no going back!
This company has truly damaged me! When I set up phone a appointment (which their automated system recommended multiple times) with questions and follow up the staff was extremely flustered and very unknowledgeable on their own product. When I had relevant question that they were unable to answer they just became very snobbish & tried to accuse me of being less than tech savvy which is simply not the case! CONDESCENDING to describe this company is a severe understatement! Liars would be an accurate term as would swindlers! Also there are many technical issues that have lasted for weeks on end and everyone says that they will be fixed yet they never are. I also do not like the condescending moral judgment on their Social Media cleanup side. I am told that employers will look down on me if I drink beer & have Facebook images with a beloved beer bottle! I work in sports media! Who does not have a beer at the ballgame?? This company is a bunch of moralistic judgmental & highly condescending zealots! They also turn their technical problems around and make it about the customer. This company is simply ill-prepared to put their product on the market & I do not appreciate the nausea & judgment of their employees! In the end I regret very much! This product does not work on Chrome so I also had to download unwanted search engines & mess up my devices + waste iCloud space! Funny thing also is I am told employers will not like me cause I drink beer, I have plenty of money for life & do not need or want a job! Again Judgement! Judgement!! Judgment +morality policing! I am in a position where I do not have to work ever again in my life as are many of us & they judge me & expect me to fit into their sermonic cookie-cutter shapes & cease to be an individual! I cannot reiterate how rude, nasty Judgmental & condescending the staff of this pious organization is! They also make false & endless promises about resolving their technical problems & when I complain they try to make it my fault! I seriously regret dealing with this company! On my profile it, it rejects every picture I have had professional photographers take of me due to this judgment & it always makes me images appear upside-down or backwards! This system is rife with technical bugs! The Judgment of this company never ends! Again Ballgames & beer are the American way & how dare these people judge me & lower my online score for enjoying my favorite drink! This service is disgusting & their attitude is hideous & disgusting! Dreadful & horrible experience! I am both Republican & Evangelical Christian, heterosexual, male & white & they have designed a manner to knock everything that i am and belittle me! Wow! If you are a W.A.S.P & happen to be a masochist you will love this company!

Total Scam. Do not waste your money. 90% of the information they say is negative is false positives. Additionally, you can tell by their positive reviews that these individuals did not use the service and either work for the company or were paid to write a positive review.

Tried the social media monitoring subscription, since the free version showed about 60+ potential problems with my Facebook posts behind the paywall and my total rating was in the "red zone". It cost only 3 EUR to browse them, but about 95% of them turned out to be false positives (like totally irrelevant, language related misundestandings and stuff like that), 5% were disputable. What freaked me out was the lack of a button to cancel my subscription. But the live chat support was very responsive and the cancellation was a matter of seconds. Anyway, the COO has a proper LinkedIn account, figures in some kind of Forbes' council and was in Dragons' Den, so I guess it can't be a full scam :D

Works fast and easy to follow step by step process

My team has definitely made an impact on my online presence. Responsive and professional. Would recommend though I wish changes happened quicker. Started dabbling with the private info removal tool as well. Impressed with the results so far.

Right after I signed up my credit card was hacked. Now I am stuck with this service for a year and don’t really see much results. Been trying to scan for old emails but it never finishes scanning even though they state it takes 1-2 minutes. At least I was able to cancel and it won’t automatically renew for $300 definitely not worth the price

They offer no real customer service and seriously do nothing. 3 months in and I have never received anything from them. No updates or anything. So, I canceled and disputed charges… thinking of filing one hell of a lawsuit

Still receiving unwanted emails from this company. Even emailed Patrick Ambron CEO to try and get them stopped

I just registered with this company. I am all over the internet with nude pictures and pictures taken at walmart. These clowns actually told me i had an average on line presence but needed to develop my on line presence and reputation. They mentioned nothing about pictures. I am looking for removal and on line monitoring. They offer nothing basically a scan and sale of your accounts the same as everyone else very disappointed.
