Excellent website with great prices for women with bigger boobs.
Prompt delivery too.
Definitely recommend
I ordered 6 bras I got 2 pairs of beautiful knickers free I was really impressed as I use to buy my bras from Debenhams and house of Fraser and at £40 a time quite expensive I am a 36g/gg and I really recommend this site for quality and value for money I paid £19 for 1 of my Freya bras extremely cheap!
I bought 2 bras and paid £83 in total for them. The cup sizes were an excellent fit, I can't fault them, but I couldn't do the bras up at all. I pulled and tugged and stretched and really struggled and fought with the side bands or straps or wings, whatever they're called, to try and bring them together so I could do the bras up. After fighting with all my might to do them up, they felt like they were cutting deep into my skin and if I'd kept them on any long, they would've cracked my ribs.
I was really disappointed because I paid so much money for these bras and they didn't fit. They're made for 1980s and 1990s emaciated catwalk supermodels; stick thin uber fashionable darlings, with tiny, bony backs and one layer of skin on their skeletal torsos and unnaturally big fleshy breasts. But, I'm not stick thin, bony, scrawny and/or skeletal. I shopped with this lot because it's difficult to find my cup size in most well know high street retailers. And even if these retailers are online, they don't stock my size.
I mean, why don't bra manufacturers give retailers a chest circumference measurement guide, so potential customers can check to see if the exorbitantly priced bras they're thinking of buying will actually do up at the back. If manufacturers won't provide side band measurement guides, then how about including bra extenders with their bras.
And, the funny thing is, when I complained to this lot about the problem, they replied telling me dress size isn't an indicator of cup size and click on this link to learn how to find your find your cup size, and please rate me. They didn't understand what I was telling them. They're polite which is good, but they haven't got a clue. I mean, who makes these bras? In the end I had to go on Amazon and buy bra extenders. Which was annoying because I'd all ready paid over the odds and having to pay out for extenders added to the cost, and I thought I'd get quality items that I could wear immediately. I mean really, in 2024 people are making ill fitting, expensive bras like these?
Seriously, I give up!!
Don't reply. I'm just alerting potential customers to a real problem.

Bra stop are an amazing company in my opinion. They sell great lingerie that caters for the larger bra sized women out there at amazing prices! I received my order and a matching item was missing and they sent it out with no problems or issues! I will definitely, DEFINITELY be shopping with them again and again!
Customer service from these people suck. If you make any mistake on your order they will not help you and happily charge you to return it. They arent very helpful so buyer beware.
Created an order by mistake, immediately tried to cancel it but the site won't. Tried live chat to have a "computer says no" response. Won't be using the site again
Shocking Service. I ordered a Bra on Thurday 31st August and paid £7.99 for guaranteed next day delivery. I was in deperate need for this to assure my outfit for a wedding. I ended up having to shop all day Saturday to try and find a bra in the correct size(which is why i ordered in the first place as my size is hard to come by) I had no choice but to change my whole outfit in the end thanks to bra stop and to top it all it is now Monday 4th September and my delivery has still not arrived and i was charged £7.99 for the priveliage. I emailed them on Friday to inform them and have still not received a response to that either. Live chat never available NEVER AGAIN AVOID AT ALL COST
The phone number listed on their page is FAKE I have tried calling multiple times. They never answer, just have awful music on until it cuts off. The live chat option never lets me press the button to be able to chat, I have also emailed twice, a week apart still with no response. I have not received my refund yet and it’s been over two weeks now! I’ll go back to Bravissimo in future as this has been a painful experience😖
Previously written a review which was 5 star. The selection , sizing advice ,and availability all excellent. Why do I have to wait 14 days for them to issue a refund for returned items and then a further 3 plus days for this to reach my account . Been shopping online for years and this is an unacceptable long time .
Zero!
Returned items 4th July and Brastop said they had received them and my refund would take 14 says *excluding weekends...now still no refund and now saying have to prove postage????
Slightly confusing??
Rubbish customer care!
Don't bother.
Well you can return and unused labelled item, but they take no returns for products not fit for purpose! surely this is not right? Companies selling products have a duty to look at faulty items and either refund or repair ? I have used this company a few times prices delivery good but beware if your product develops a fault after taking off the label tough
Chasing customer service for refunds is a nightmare. Been out of pocket for nearly a month now, sick of chasing their useless customer service department. Will never shop with them again, sizing is bonkers too.
Love their products and pricing but terrible customer service! Having returned my items within 24hrs of their arrival, I have had to chase several times to confirm receipt of the returned items. I was then issued with an email (automated) to expect my refund within 5 working days. Now outside this - have chased again.
I appreciate quality and price of the products; but their slowness in dealing with refunds is frustrating and I resent the time I have to waste tracking and tracing refunds. Really disappointing and as yet - unresolved.
Waited patiently for my delivery nothing… waited and waited, got on with life (you know it’s busy and I don’t want to audit my delivery’s) and still no delivery so contacted the company who told me tough, it’s been more than 45days so they won’t even attempt to chase it even tho still showing out for delivery on tracking! I want a refund in that case but doubt they’ll sort so DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely disgusting, take your money, don’t deliver and can’t be arsed to check or refund
I placed an order on Saturday
Paid for next day delivery £7.99
With evri
It’s now 16.02 on Monday and still have not received my order
Emailed both brastop and evri
Not 1 reply
First time buying of brastop and it will be last time
So really just paid £7.99 for nothing
Received my order in good condition and on time. However, posted my return on the 06/06 and the tracking states that it was received but still no refund processed. I've tried email, no response. Webchat, is offline & when I call, on hold for ages the we cannot take your call message!! I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I ordered my first order with Brastop service is poor delivery is poor all in all very poor still not received my order won’t be ordering again from this company. Are the goods coming from outside the UK
Not happy!! Have ordered from them and while delivery was fairly swift and items are in great quality, a company is measured by its customer service , especially when you are facing a problem. Have returned some items (Worth£90) on the 29.4, it's now the 11.5 still haven't got my refund! Emailed customer service 3 days ago, still no reply. Was calling their customer service 5 times this morning from 9:45 , after waiting on the line for a few minutes it goes to a recorded message saying they can't take the call and to call on opening hours which are 9-17... Seriously??? Don't know what to do as I want my refund and also have a couple more items from the second order I need to return but what's the point if I'm still paying for them and not getting a refund or response from the company?!?!
Just warning that they are good when things work. Not great when you need your money back!
Amazing! Ordered bras in my new size and couldn't understand the issue I was having with the wire/gore. I contacted them and explained, they gave me advice and recommended a few different styles to suit me. Ordered the new styles and they fit like a dream. Stress free, fast delivery, easy ordering process, super quick and personal customer service. Only issue is the bras are so nice I want more!
