I purchased a replacement battery that was advertised as being for a DJI Phantom 4 drone. The battery is not compatible with the drone and hence is not 'as advertised'. I tried to contact the company using the email address on their website - The email was returned as undeliverable because 'info' wasn't found at braunoni.nl

Order from dustdeals never arrived.
I didn't know that it was based in holland either, as the website was in norwegian, and the receipt was automatically flagged as phishing somehow.

I ordered a replacement hose for a Miele s5411.
The hose didn't fit.
Beware, I ordered from what I thought was a UK website Dustdeals.co.uk. Its in Holland. Nightmare trying to find out how to return the item.

I ordered a battery from one of BraunOni's subsidiaries from a localised website that strongly implied that the company was based in the country where I live. It's not, it's based in Eindhoven in the Netherlands. I immediately received an email acknowledging my order and pointing me to an account administration page which showed my product had been shipped. The product never came and every attempt to contact the company was met with evasive emails that promised delivery down the line. I finally cancelled my order and was told that my cancellation could only be processed by a supervisor at a later date, so I clawed back my credit card payment. The company then sent me an email informing me that they'd "refunded my transaction and cancelled the order", which was untrue - the only money I received was the claw back, and simultaneously, a message from another client service representative demanding to know why I'd clawed back my payment and not tried to enter into a dialogue with them despite more than 20 emails and several attempts to contact their MD and other employees over social media. Needless to say, I am not impressed and will never do business with them again. Nor, as the many negative comments on this site testify, should anybody else. I have referred the matter to the police, though I am not optimistic that any action will be taken, and also to the ombudsman in the Netherlands, who I hope will investigate what appears to be an online scam.

They sent me a faulty battery, expect me to cover 2/3 of return postage and won’t reimburse import fees I had to pay.
I opened a claim against them with my credit card provider and got a refund. This still leaves me down on the import fees though.
They trade under batteryupgrade and dustdeal

Worthless company: no product delivered, not available by phone, take your money in five seconds but answer your mail in five days. Saying they sent out the item, but ‘unfortunately no tracking details’ which is very unusual in 2020. Be careful: this company acts under two names like Dustdeal and Batteryupgrade
Stay away from these two websites if you don’t want to spill your time and money

Criminals run this company. They will not deliver any products but instead steal your money from creditcard. Warning!
