A routine service and MOT.
A routine service and MOT was very easy with the help of the reception staff. An email with all the recommendations and followed up with a call from the service dept made the process very simple.

caused a problem and gave no help
Looked ok until I tried to start it the next day, for a funeral. Couldn’t open the boot wouldn’t start. So phoned for help, no help, no advice given can’t speak to anyone told just phone AA they will pick the car up and bring it to us. AA said no must have a mechanic first. Missed the funeral waiting for mechanic. Turned out the battery was drained when the software update was done. Tried to phone Brayleys nobody would answer couldn’t leave a message as the message box was full. No option to speak to anyone. They never called back about a loan car. Rubbish

Ram spontaneously took time out of his day when the person who I was meant to have an appointment with, ran over. He was patient and explained all options very clearly.

Amy is worth her weight in gold!
I already shared my experience with the 3 'bosses' in the office.
I have been until now (14 years) a HUGE fan of Brayleys - or should I say of Jo(Anne) Gibbs and Andy Parkes.
I have given you only a 3* this time - based on the customer service of Preet (1 * only - already explained) and Amy Smitheman (5*). She could not have been more professional and helpful and did everything possible to restore my faith in Brayleys. Thank you Amy - keep smiling - that's what customers want to see!

The Ruislip garage is brilliant.
The Ruislip garage is brilliant but couldn’t give 5 stars because of the call centre that rang me to book the service said my car couldn’t be picked up from my house, I explained it is in my service agreement and I also have had a stroke which makes walking difficult but they said it is not possible.
After talking to Ruislip the lovely staff said they would collect my car and deliver it back to me.
