The Motabilty car was already for me to collect and there were no issues on the day.
When I went in there to choose my car, they showed me the actual 2 possible cars, so I could decide which one I want.

After being a customer of Kia Enfield since 2022, I am disappointed to have to rate my recent visit so low. I am on my second Kia Sportage top of the line and my sales agent (who seems to have retired now) was amazing and the staff are on a whole friendly and helpful. However, my recent visit which is my first service visit for my new Kia as we are at the one year mark.
So I had two issues, firstly I collected my car 1st Feb 2025, I had been emailing my sales agent since April to say all sorts of warning alerts were showing and up to October and December it switched off the cruise control, while I was driving on the motorway which is dangerous. So I asked if this can be looked at during my service, which they said yes and did. And told me its just the sensitivity. I think its dangerous, as I did not have this issue with my previous on but okay.
The second issue, which has been happening is if I do not drive the car for anything between 2 -5 day, I would need to reset the clock. I said to them there seem to be an issue can you check this. They said yes and they did. However, then they proceeded to tell me they had to do a sat nav update for this issue and I had to pay £45. I was in shock. The young lady proceeded to explain their are two types of updates, one that happens automatically and one that needs to be done manually and this one was done manually. What I tried to explain to her over the phone and asked to discuss with the manage on collection is. This was a Kia technical fault/ error why was I being charged for it? And the car is 1 year old? I didn't go in and request an update. I said there is an issue. Kia gives a 7 year Warranty, why would a technical fault not be covered under that? Additionally, if we get to the bones of the issue, when I was sold the car I was told how it would get more updates and will be kept up to date, I was not advised I would have to pay for updates or was it in the contract.
It is absolutely ludicrous to me, you would charge your customer for an update to the vehicle full stop! As part of good customer service you would ensure the car is updated etc while you checking other aspects of the vehicle and to make it worse I told you there is an issue and then I am being charge for something that I did not cause.
After asking to speak to the manager on my collection, when I got there I was advised that the charge was removed as a good will gesture, but next time I will have to pay. Firstly, "Good Will" are you kidding me, there is no way I should be charged for an issue the vehicle has that I did not cause and secondly.. Next time , I will be taking this up with Kia head office because that is crazy to me.
So I gave two stars because my car was physically serviced fine, I got the video and it was gone quickly (withing 4/5hrs instead the 8/9hrs it could have taken. However, this charging situation for a Kia fault was highly disappointing and to be honest has tarnished the dealerships reputation with me and I am disappointed that I still have a contract with them which means I will have to deal with them again in the future.

Buy with confidence should you want to buy a Kia. You need to make sure Juhel is the sales man you see, he took care of everything and he explained it all in detail! Great guy

Booked the car in for a service. Staff on the desk were polite and helpful, very friendly both on drop off and pick up.
No issues with the service, they sent me a video of tyres, disc pads and brakes. Car was cleaned (bonus) for when I picked it up.

Being a pensioner, all previous car purchases were dealing with, and physically being with someone rather than on this occasion, (apart from the delivery of the car) being electronic exchanges and signatures.
I guess this is progress :-)
With regards to delivery and hand over, The car was driven to my address, rather than transporter delivery - 230 miles. The steering wheel had / has dirty finger marks clearly visible around the cream coloured part of the wheel. The front seats didn't have dust sheets over them. Apart from my signature, the handover document was pre-filled. I would have preferred for us to walk through the inspection together. The mileage was missing from the handover document so It was also necessary to remind the delivery guy to register the mileage on the document. On a positive note, all transactions were clear and concise and all necessary follow-ups were timely. And I guess, most importantly, The car is lovely. Thanks!!

Staff as usual, very attentive, reassuring and helpful. They also frequently go above and beyond. Eg:- I have to use an elbow crutch to walk anywhere and Dawn was kind enough to offer to bring my car to the door when it was ready. Much appreciated.

Friendly and attentive staff at the service desk. It was my first visit to this branch of Brayleys. Because of my mobility issues I would have liked to see a better customer waiting area with water, coffee etc. with seats that are more comfortable for longer waiting times.
I was very pleased that one of the technical experts accompanied me to the car to solve the issue I had with the radio after the service was completed.
Will return for my next service. Thank you.

Excellent and efficient as always and even better now with the “while you wait” option to book - they timebox the service into two hours (unless of course they find something catastrophic!) so you know what you’re looking at in terms of waiting time.
My Kia Niro was done in 1hr40 and got an automated text as soon as it was good to go, as well as a short video showing the main measurements being done (eg tyre treads, brake discs) which was good to see too and all sorted with the very helpful Kayleigh.
Great work, thanks Kayleigh and Brayley Kia

On the 21st October 2025, I took my car for service at Brayley Kia Enfield, at 9am in the morning, I had a phone call at 17:20 afternoon, the service was done, I am able to pick the car up.
I went on the next day, 22 October 2025 at 9am, I paid £358.13, I was given a long list of paper work, all been checked and ticked as job done.
I picked the car up and stopped few yards away, I opened POLLEN FILTER which supposed to be checked, I found out it was filthy it looks like never been checked and replaced since the car was built, I went back to them and spoke to the lady, head of service, I showed the filter, she started apologising and making some silly excuses, she said the service man is an agency and she offered to replace it for free which she did.
I left the company and later on I checked the air filter which is also not checked, I had to buy it and replace it by myself.
It is shameful, I think they are only ticking boxes on papers not doing jobs, if I can give it less than one star I will do.

Very rude sales men, lies after lies regarding a vehicle. What’s app messaging instead of phoning regarding what went wrong. Very disappointed in them. No apologies or anything. Taking money even though they don’t have possession of the car.

Just want to say how impressed and pleased in how they dealt with my car problem.
I had a problem regarding my faulty tyre pressure light that keeps coming on. I contacted them several times about this. They were completely professional and helpful. They arranged for it to be picked up and checked - I was so impressed with this service.
Luckily for some reason the problem rectified itself, and again they were very kind and professional and advised me that it the problem came back they would be very happy to check the car out again.
I am so impressed and pleased with this service, and would highly recommend this company.
Thanks
