Took our car in for it's service, the Staff were Pleasant and Very helpful, during the service I received a Video of the vehicle inspection, so that i could see if there were any issues. The service was completed within the expected time, and they even gave our car a Valet before handing me her keys, All in All, Very Happy with their Service.

I dropped the car off & went shopping, they said it would be 3-30 minutes & said it would be ready then ,but rang me 3hrs later to say it was ready which was a pleasant surprise. Paula is very welcoming.

Nice touch when they send me a video of MY car with a talkover of the ser ice and what they have actually done. Gave me a courtesy car. My car is a Duke and I received a Qashqi, nice move, would be my next car 10/10

Agreements in writing mean nothing
Don't expect any after sales. Expect the manager to ghost you and just hope you go away so having waited the 8 weeks needed I will now be going to the Ombudsman.
