Excellent efficient service

Their services takes ages , they book you at a certain time but do not take your car until 3-4h after. I had to chase them to rush them follow the booking service. The previous time I’ve book a service with them out of 5-6 things listed they kept my car from morning till 6pm and only changed my tires.just changing them without fixing their geometry. Ridiculous service!! If you book any repairs with them not only that it takes months to wait but also they do not even bother to remind you that around that time you might have regular services / mot to do. Instead they ask you to book another time that you will wait for 1-2 months.
They’ve sell me a car with air con issues( in 1 year my car had 0 gas and I’m doing 3000-4000miles per year) and they ask me to pay for their repairs as they do not cover top ups even thought this is how I bought the car from them !! One of the worst retailers I’ve encountered so far

Danny was great! Such a gentleman and went through any and all details regarding my vehicle purchase. Super reliable and always called me back when he said he would. He even picked me up from the train station on the day of collecting my vehicle!! Can’t thank him enough

James Turner was great. He dealt with my purchase efficiently and kept me informed whilst I waited for delivery of the vehicle.

I was having a check under my vehicle warranty. Unfortunately I was late by about 10 minutes as I had written my appointment down incorrectly. I mentioned it would help if the appointment time was mentioned in the text notification. I was told it was being looked into. My appointment was handled courteously and I booked in for a whole day for a check on an engine warning light check.

Fantastic service from Joe, very knowledgeable about the car I bought, very informative and great customer service and communication every step of the way! Highly recommend.

Great service, friendly and attentive staff and VFM for a service and MOT. Parking on site is tight, but I found a spot and the service advisor walked me back to my car to make sure I was OK.

Vehicle waiting on parts for 4 weeks as diagnosed. Part fitted and vehicle was back in with the same fault within days. No communication or update from dealer. Only assistance was from Renault Customer Service who arranged a courtesy vehicle as the dealer would not provide. Initial diagnosis was incorrect on 2 occasions so the parts delay wasn’t the reason it was the incorrect diagnosis which resulted in the delay. The vehicle is now back in your dealership for nearly a week with no communication or indication of the fault.

I'm sorry I didn't have a very happy experience. It's a shame, as I've been a loyal customer for 3 years!!
It's taking my car in for the mot and service.

I just felt that front-line customer service employees need basic training!! I brought this up with my friends, and they were really surprised.
My initial complaint was dealt with, though I'd rather walk in with confidence, which I don't have anymore.
I hope this is addressed. Customer service is a big deal for me, as it is for anyone. It's a shame I have to right this.

Had a Recall on my Renault Clio was a software update ..i did mention i could not open both rear passenger doors from the inside and outside this was done and both doors open now ..and also had an loan car for the day ..very good service all around will recommend to others

I had an alternator problem on my car, and got screwed over by a mobile mechanic. Took it to Brayleys to get the problem fixed. They were helpful, informative, and did a superb job resolving the various issues. Morgan and the customer service staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

The car was serviced within the agreed time and cleaned to a superb standard, Morgan Sweetman the sales advisor was very informative and professional from taking the booking to seeing the car through its completed works, the only moan is total lack of parking at the westcroft site it’s really silly to be honest.

Excellent service and Tony was particularly pleasant and friendly highly recommended
