Dissatisfaction with group payment policy

I recently dined with a group of 9 people at your restaurant, and we were not given the option to pay individually, being forced to split the bill equally. I believe there should be more flexibility or clearer communication regarding this policy. I suggest considering offering individual payments or at least informing customers about the payment rules beforehand.

Food calculated to fool the foodies

Brd plays the part of well enough to attract a room full of well-heeled, mostly danish speaking locals. They come from afar to marvel at food that looks just as food magazines tell us it should - dots and swirls here and there, carefully balanced sprigs of this and that, and ingredients resting on beds of that and this. But once past the presentation and the stressed up staff, if you close your eyes and really taste your food, you begin to notice that while it is "correct," it is without soul or inspiration. There is no "ooh" and no "ah." The team in the kitchen is simply churning it out. Brd Price sucks.

Disappointing experience, and sad to read we are not the only ones which means they don’t care about making changes for the better. Food mediocre at best, staff surprisingly inattentive (wine only served halfway through the dinner, had to ask for an extra plate for a child 3 times).

Very poor service. And food only semi.

BRDR in Lyngby. Service wasn't thst great and they forgot the delicious bread and butter. The Peper beef was not the high quality that we expected so it was dry.
The atmosphere compared to Rosenborg gade was not great either.

Disappointment.
Went to the restaurant with my staff. Service and food was a disappointment. What happend to old fashioned service and good food? Why will the Price brothers put their name to this?

We went to the Tivoli branch for christmas lunch. The atmosphere was very casual and Danish with the tables quite close together. The restaurant was very prettely decorated.

The Christmas lunch for 225 DKK is served all on the same plate (I personaly think they should separate it into 2 plates to keep food warm) the food was lovely and my Danish partner was pleased as well. I especially liked how fresh and light everything tasted. They clearly have some skilled people in the kitchen.
Which brings me to my favourite part of our visit. We had the most lovely waiter. I think his name is Kim judging by the receipt. Kim was professional, accommodating, friendly, and seemed like someone who is well treated by their employers. We could not have been more pleased by the service we got.

We are on a tight budget and this was our Christmas gift to ourselves. We don't regret a thing:)

Jeg har arrangeret konferencemiddag hos Brdr. Price i Tivoli for 70 personer. Service og fleksibilitet i forbindelse med koordineringen af middagen har været helt i top! Udtalelse fra deltagere var "The restaurant was lovely and service exceptional! Some people arrived late (as usual) so they held off serving the food for a while to wait for them. The restaurant service Manager was extremely helpful. The food was absolutely delicious! Everyone was very impressed with the restaurant and Tivoli gardens.”

Maybe it was just a stroke of bad luck - but nothing seemed to work out that evening. In particular the cold, leathery and mediocre steak, and the poor and slow service. But worst of all - as to add insult to injury - is the fact that everything is totally overpriced!! I can think of only two reasons why anyone would ever want to go there: It's location (close to Nørreport) and the interior is kind of fun (it's a former lecture hall). Too bad, really...
