Awful customer service. Lack of communication.
Breaker Yard, tried very hard to sort the problem I had with MGS. If you have any sense you won't touch MGS with a very long bargepole. What follows is related to what I perceived their poor service, lack of response and incompetence.
I. ordered and paid for the part from MGS over a week ago. I had an email saying the part would be sent and that I would get an order number and a tracking number. I have heard nothing for a week. I called 4 times today. The first time I waited 20 minutes and was then cut off. the second and third times I contacted sales and was cut off. On the fourth call she said she would send me an email, while I was on the line with details of order number and tracking. She hung up and sent the original email. I still have no information.

Great seller
Great seller. I purchased a wing mirror for my wife’s BMW X5. She apparently didn’t want it any more, so decided she would use a van to knock it off. I received the wing mirror in less than 48hours, well packaged (much better than Amazon 😉). I will definitely purchase again next time the wife decides she can’t drive again.

Ordered a Side mirror for my Fiesta
Ordered a Side mirror for my Fiesta. Payment went through on the 16th, 23rd now. Nobody answers the phone. The latest is 'You have dialled an incorrect number.'
Since then, Breakeryard have contacted me . They Have been in touch with the supplier, Scottyard who have now dispatched the item, so all's well that ends well. Top marks to Breakeryard for getting on top of things.

Second hand is twice the price of new here
Went on line to find a second hand part, breaker yard .com came back at £777. I bought new for £340.
I used to think second hand was cheaper!
