I have used Eagle Creek wheeled duffle bags for the past 20 years. They were never cheap, but they WERE well built and could withstand the knocks and scrapes of most travel. On average my previous Eagle Creek bags lasted me between 5 and 10 years. With my latest bag, purchased from Breaking Free, it was a different story. After just two short trips, one of the zips broke and the stitching also gave way, so I ended up with a significant hole at the bottom of the bag. Call me unreasonable, but considering the bag cost over £200, I expected it to last somewhat longer! It was covered by a guarantee and Eagle Creek replaced it. By then I had lost confidence in Eagle Creek and was looking for an alternative bag from another manufacturer. It's a shame because Eagle Creek used to make good bags.

Prior to ordering I had telephoned with a query regarding the warranty on an Eagle Creek wheeled duffle bag and this was explained fully .I placed an online order and this was delivered promptly and in the time slot stated in the email . The bag and other Eagle Creek travel items were packaged well and a good price so I will definitely be using this company again

Excellent order, great price and quick customer service when I contacted them. Service could be improved a little bit if they were to send out parcel delivery tracking numbers when items ship. I am not always home during the day and it is very helpful to know when to expect an item to be delivered. I woudn't mind paying a bit extra for this type of delivery option.

Clear website, good prices, fast delivery. Extra charge for delivery due to Highland postcode, but I liked the fact that this was not too much, and made clear (unlike all those companies who expect me to 'ring for quote').

Bought various Eagle Creek Pack It bags and a carry on case. I ordered a large garment folder to supplement my existing medium which would fit the case ordered but the large wouldn't. I received a phone call from Dave to just check I knew the large wouldn't fit in the Load Hauler International Carry On. So thank you Dave and Breaking Free for your consideration, true customer service. The order arrived promptly too with a one hour delivery slot from the courier.
