My knowledge of tents is very limited so I was looking for advice and recommendations to suit my requirements. I found David extremely helpful and he talked me through the pros and cons of various brands and models so I ended up with the right tent for me. The best part was I ended up with a tent cheaper than the one I was originally looking at (but now know I would've been paying for features I didn't need) AND it arrive 3 days later with no delivery fee. This is how service should be. I am impressed!

I spoke to Amjid who was extremely helpful and reassured me that the awning that we ordered would come in time for our holiday, despite the fact that I had done everything last minute. It arrived exactly when he said it would and we used it this weekend- a big success. Many thanks!

Cheapest vango carpet on line, fantastic quick delivery. I was very impressed that I was able to track my parcel and all for free!

Next day delivery even though asked for normal. Came without my free gift let the company know, they phoned me straight away and dispatched the very next day! Great service would definately recommend :)

Ordered a camping lantern. The advert said it was a rechargeable one, but it 'aint! Never mind though, it's still a great item and I paid a lot, lot less than anyone else. Item was well packed and despatched quickly.

It's just shopping on-line as it should be. Great prices, no hassle, & when I dealt with customer services they were polite and friendly, unlike some who are stuffy and uptight (so why they work in customer services I don't know?!)

A great point was their delivery service - where many other on-line companies get it wrong these guys get it right. They send an email and text with a tracking number, and give you a 1 hour delivery slot which if not convenient, you can re-arrange by text or email. Really very good.

Fantastic! Cannot fault this company

After having a problem with my order, I rang to rectify the situation.
Rather than getting the usual "we've got your money so we don't care any more" approach, I got nothing but the opposite. They rang me back to keep me updated, emailed me about what was going on and sorted out my issue as fast as was humanly possible!
If only all companies had this attitude the world would be a better place!

They are very competitive in price. Also you are able to call them and ask questions about the product you wish to purchase. Very helpful staff on the phone, and very understanding.
