Patio Enclosure

BRE is currently using an old testimonial from me on their website against my will. After the first job, they took my money and disappeared. Do not trust the reviews on their site. Patio Enclosure: December 2025, I paid a deposit of €13,719 for a patio project, divided into two instalments of €5,719 and €8,000. After seven months of delays, the company left only a basic iron structure and an unfinished roof. The glass curtains, stonework, and wooden cabin were not completed. The company kept over €9,000, which I consider unjustified, and showed a lack of transparency by missing deadlines and failing to clarify costs and services.
I feel extremely wronged and strongly advise against using this company. Painting and door renovation are still missing – all promised but not delivered.
