Be careful of sudden price increase by this company!
Purchased my internet service via umeåenergi's website to get internet access through umeåenergi's fiber network, advertised price on the website was (and still is) 39Kr per month for 300/300 service they even offer 10% discount for entire year. couple of months later recieved an invoice of 89kr for same service, when contacted breadband2 they put the price back to what it was supposed to be, again few months later same story, got a doubled invoice and this time when I called them they tried to sell a 12 months binding contract for 39kr instead of what I initially had signed for. Funny thing is even in their own website when I enter to my personal page I still see the service which I use for 39Kr and they just send an increased invoice.

If there were an option for zero stars
If there were an option for zero stars, I would gladly choose it. My experience with your service has been beyond frustrating. Every time I contact you, I'm promised that the issue with my internet will be resolved, but nothing changes. You've taken up a lot of my time, asking me to go through the same troubleshooting steps—reconnecting my computer, restarting the router, etc.—but in the end, the problem remains unresolved.

Rocky start with this company
Rocky start with this company. Ordered 500/500 but only received 100/100. Called support... the agent asked me to find a computer that had 1 gbits network card before they would do the troubleshoot. Told the support that I had a top of line gaming laptop and router here still they refused to check the speed of the connection from their end. This went on for 7 days before they said there was some technical error in the network.

The coverage drops very often and regain again. I even changed to new router still the same issue. Spoke to the fiber providers they said that their side is clear. I checked and made complaint in bredband 2 but the response was really bad and not happy with their answer. I dono what to do. Just going as per flow..:(
